Love this target, but the pharmacy is HORRIBLE!!! Every time I come it’s a different problem — one day they don’t have the right forms, another time they lost the prescription, next time they had the prescription but didn’t fill it for some reason and it’s a 30 minute wait… It’s always something. Not sure if I’ll Target Pharmacies are like this.

I have had nothing but great experiences here, its very clean, open and nice. The customer service reps are always very friendly.

ALWAYS long lines at the checkout. I’ve been to this location throughout the years since it opened; I doubt the long waits will ever change.

One of the best Targets in the surrounding 20 mile area. There are occasions when I’ve been at the Moorpark Marketplace to shop at Kohl’s /​Michael’s /​TJ Maxx, and will drive to this Target rather than the one in Moorpark.
Why? This one is light, bright, clean, well-​stocked, has a better selection of merchandise, and an overall better shopping experience.
Having an expanded grocery section saves me from some of the nearby supermarkets which aren’t very «super».

This Target location is one of my favorite. Always clean, always stocked well and great service.
I would like to see their grocery section expanded a little bit more. More meat variety and a fish option would be a big improvement.
I like their selection of men’s clothing too. I came here to buy emergency jeans (forgot mine at home and realized they were missing when I was changing at the gym to go to work). I was actually surprised that I was able to find very good looking Levi’s jeans for just $ 25, not even on sale.
Restrooms were clean which is a big plus!

I honestly prefer Target over Walmart on a lot of things. Their prices are a little higher than Walmart but there’s a reason for it all. This Target is very clean and organized. A ton of parking available outside. The employees will help you out and try their best to get you what you are looking for. The products are more higher quality and durable. I like their stationery and art supply sections. It’s always different depending on what location you go to but this one is pretty good about their selection. They display their merchandise neatly and most are eye-​catching. Im in love with their Sugar Paper brand products. :) I keep searching for them at different Target locations. Honestly, if there is something you came to look for and can’t find it on the first visit, it’s probably just out of stock… unless they state that they don’t carry that particular item you’re looking for. It will pop up again in no time so there’s no need to worry. They are generally good about keeping things in stock. People just like to come here… so grab what you can before someone else does.

This is the Best Target I have been to by far! I am an 11^th hour shopper, waiting till the last minute to Christmas shop! All the employees looked Festive & Friendly. They had a Plentiful Staffing! The Bathroom was so Clean! The other stores I have been to, look like a Concert & Barn Animals were in there!

While the store maybe nice, the customer service is about the worst I can think of for many years! Went online to research an item, showed in stock. Drove about 45 minutes to get the item, no stock. Asked the manger on the dept., never had it. The computer is wrong and is rarely accurate, he said. We will have them in stock tomorrow, show 6 coming in. So, I shlep over at opening and wait with another guy looking for same item. We go to the Dept., no stock. Told us the truck did not show, be here tomorrow for sure. Just like Ground Hog Day, showed up again, no stock. Be here tomorrow for sure. Just got back from the store, you guessed it no stock. TJ is the fulfillment Manager, said there is no way to tell hat is coming and cannot hold an item, nor pay for an item before it arrives. Just is case it never comes, you have already paid for it. Ever heard of a refund? This is nuts. Well Target, you have lost another customer! BTW, TJ your Santa Monica store will hold an item at Customer Service to avoid a customer driving a distance and not having it is stock, novel idea!

This is a very nice target. It is not heavily shopped so they always have product. Ad is always in stock and it is well run. Never had to wait in line long. In all one of the better Targets.

Perfectly fine Target store in West Simi Valley. Isles were clear, well stocked with merchandise. Things were laid out attractively etc. Store employees that I came in contact with were polite and friendly. The women’s restroom was usable.

i hate this place worst service. they pat themselves on the back for a lack of service?!

Great location with tons of parking close to the entrance. There’s are a few places to eat in the plaza, my favorite being The Habit. But what I really love more about this target than the Sycamore Target is that this one has a Starbucks. What’s better than walking around Target with an icy Starbucks beverage. (I guess just call me basic.)

Since I literally packed (while half asleep by the way) minutes before leaving for SoCal, there were a lot of things I forgot and had to buy. My first impression of this Target is that it’s very large, clean, and well organized. The layout is very similar to the Target in Davis, CA (in NorCal), but this one seems larger. The staff were very friendly here. I was a bit concerned since I saw EMS vehicles in the front of the store upon arrival. A police officer was walking around a guy in handcuffs when I was paying for my things at the check out counter. Other than that, I had a great shopping experience here.

This target is TERRIBLE! I came for a few quick items:
1. Decorative take out boxes (Chinese food)
2. Small self building pop up boxes
3. Stuffing for presents (like Easter shredding)
4. Tag labels on a string (not the sticker kind)
I had to ask 3 workers for assurance and no one could find anything. Turns out this Target didn’t have what I came in for. I let the store know what was mission and they seemed unconcerned. Why ask me if I found everything I was looking for if you have no intention of making note of it.

This Target is in a really great location and I’m glad they are open till 11pm most days. The prices are low and they have good customer service. I do most my shopping at this Target and i am never disappointed. I remember when this Target used to be a K-​Mart!

I was purchasing Nicorette gum for a friend of mine, when the cashier asked for my license. I presumed she wanted to check my birth date, but instead she ‘swiped’ it through the cash register. I felt this was a huge violation of my privacy. All they needed to do was look at the license to confirm my age. I complained to the clerk and she said is was there procedure. I went to the manager and he said that she didn’t need to do that and he apologized. Nonetheless, I’d keep your eye open for Target for they allow the customers to run check credit cards without verification, while being quick to steal your identification.

I love this place. Never long lines (when thats when i go hahah) It’s more a convenient store for me. I love that they have food section. I’m a happy camper lol

I had an unpleasant experience here with a solicitor outside of target. I just spoke with the managers and they were extremely helpful and genuinely cared about what I had to say and my experience there. Thank you.

This is one of the best Target locations in the area and I shop here at least twice per week if not more. It is clean and well stocked. The grocery section is fairly large with a good variety items. They have some decent prices that are lower than our local grocery stores and I can actually do a fair amount of my grocery shopping here. But we come here for more than just groceries. This is a great place for cosmetic items and electronics. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes the lines can get long, but they are pretty good about opening up new registers when it gets too busy. There is plenty of parking in the large adjacent lot.
