Tammy was my sons stylist. She did a horrible job on my sons haircut. She kept looking at her watch and making faces at a co-​worker. His haircut turned out crooked and uneven. Now I have to wait for it to grow out a little because I don’t want him to freeze because I have to shave his hair off.

By far my favorite place to get a haircut, whether I’m just getting a bang trim or taking a few inches off the end, I always have an enjoyable experience here. The entire staff is super friendly and easy to talk to and I’ve never left in satisfied. Excited to try the tea tree experience next time I go in.

The above word is the only word in the English language I could find to describe my experience at this Supercuts. Soothing, friendly, and staffed with experienced salon-​quality cosmetologists. For a truly stellar, $ 300-​quality haircut, see Jaqueline Herrera. Her delicate touch, beautiful brown eyes, and remarkable expertise are worth much more than the $ 20 I’m about to pay.

Patty is the best but she left for Mirage Hair Salon on Madera Rd next to Baja Fresh.

I went in for a wash blowdry. The charge was $ 5.00 for the shampoo and $ 25 for my straight, slightly longer then shoulder length, thin to medium thick hair. The service was meh. the blow-​dry was not really anything I would write home about and I thought the price was more expensive than expected for the poor to so-​so blow-​dry. Not going back.

This is a very nice Supercuts location on the west end of Simi Valley. It is smaller than the other two Supercuts in Simi (Erringer and Tapo Canyon) but just as well staffed. I believe that all three locations are owned by the same person.
Every time I have visited this location, I have always gotten a great haircut. The stylists have all listened to what I wanted and then asked questions to make sure that they got it right. I usually get just a cut with no wash or blow dry, and that costs $ 17.00, which is affordable. I also like how they offer hair products but don’t do the hard sell to guilt you into purchasing something. This is a small location, so it can get crowded in the afternoon or during the holiday season.

and check in, or use the phone app. You can choose the service (haircut, color, or waxing) and your stylist. It is very convenient and you can choose a convenient time to go in so that you have a minimal wait time.
The parking lot gets crowded due to the other restaurants/​stores in the area, but you can usually find one or two along the back row or around the corner at Target.

Worst Supercuts ever! If I could give no stars I would. This is where supercuts must send all the people who do not know how to cut hair. I have given this place multiple chances with my hair and my kids hair. HORRIBLE!

Great place for men’s haircuts. I take my boyfriend here to get his hair trimmed every few weeks. Both Jackie and Megan do such a great job. They are both up to date on the «in style» haircuts for men.

I’m not what you’d call a typical SuperCuts customer. Despite being a male with short hair, I prefer to keep scissors in the hands of tenured pros when they are pointed at my head. However, on this occasion I was in a bind and had no choice. My hairdresser wasn’t working until the next day and I had a flight to catch to a wedding. (First time being in a wedding in 15 years. gotta look snappy!)
Apprehensively walking into the shop I encountered 3 – 4 employees all sitting around chatting with one customer who seemed to be letting some hair coloring do its job. At first I thought «Oh boy, here comes the part where they giggle about Facebook and ignore me for 10 minutes.» However, I was pleasantly surprised to be wrong.
A very nice young lady (does that make me sound like a grandpa?) immediately walked up and asked how she could help me. Within 30 seconds of walking in the door I was in a chair and ready to lose some hair. (Yes, old white guys can rhyme.)
She did a great job listening to what I wanted and then asked questions through the haircut to make sure she got it right. She was professional, friendly and thoughtful. My haircut came out great and I couldn’t be happier. A quick trip to the register and I was out the door. Great service!
I honestly feel a bit strange giving a SuperCuts 5 stars but hey, it was a 5 star experience. I’ll definitely stop at this location again.

I usually get my hair cut here; it’s great for same day service or if you need the basics taken care of. I came late Sunday afternoon about 30 mins before closing and they were able to take me right away. I forgot the beautician’s name but she was polite and nice. I have not tried any other special services here like changing my hair color or going for a brand new style, so I can’t comment on anything else besides a basic wash & cut service.
I will definitely return.

Pati has been cutting my hair for a while and I always love how it turns out. When I wanted to cut off 6 inches in length, Pati listened and cut 6 inches off! Not 5 or 7 inches… What a surprise when a hairstylist listens to what you want :) Thanks Pati! If you’re on a budget it’s only $ 17 for a haircut. Everything else is extra $$$.
They only take same day appointments so call early in the morning.

Came in on a Monday night for a quick trim; they say me right away, and Jessica did a super job getting me all cleaned up! The store was bright, clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive! Sure, it’s not a top-​end salon, but if you’re like me and just need the basics, this is a great place to go!
