Unprofessional!!! If you are looking to be treated with respect please stay away. It’s disheartening to encounter a place that turns a cash patient away because they assume the patient can not afford to pay and then refer them to a place that they feel is better suited. Dr. Rogers shame on you for assuming. Take note the positive reviews are for
Doctor Yamada. Stay away from Dr. Rogers.

We are so fortunate to have Dr. Yamada as our family MD! He is one dedicate professional with top notch bedside manners, a great listener and one never feel rushed when you are in the room with him. He keeps up with all the recent studies and will answers all your questions. I have him seeing my 88 year old aunt with all her semi imagined ailments and he has the patience!

Since no one else has posted here — I just want to say that the I’ve seen Yamada, Takeda, etc. for over 25 years. By far, this is the best doctor’s office I have ever been to. The place is large, hi-​tech, organized, efficient, polite and the doctors are top notch. If I still lived anywhere near Simi, I would go there at any cost.
When my grandmother was sick with cancer about 10 years ago, they made house calls when her condition deteriorated and made sure she was comfortable until the end. I cannot say enough about the quality and care from everyone in this office.
