Consistently great coffee. A fan of the darker roasts, so wish they would be available all through the day. American always a good choice.

I go here as it is most convenient for getting coffee on way to work but I have started driving out of my way because other Starbucks and coffee shops make lattes that are more consistent in taste. rarely are they really good and occasionally they are terrible. I’ve even taken my drink back a couple times with the hope that they would realize they are doing something wrong! The people their are all nice but I think the coffee is more important to me than a friendly hello. Because i travel a lot I find it interesting that Starbucks across the nation provides a very consistent and enjoyable latte pretty much without fail. I don’t understand why that’s not the case in Sioux Falls. I have had some really great lattes here, so I know it’s possible. Perhaps they don’t get enough training or they just get too busy and the quality goes to the ditch. Ultimately I wish they’d realize that a customer has waited and paid for a drink with the expectation that it’s going to be worth it. Lz

Consistently good coffee. Nice location. Always clean and well run. Parking is a bit of a contact sport but usually not a problem except during busy hours.

The parking does suck, but you can always park by the gas station if you have to. The staff are always nice and serve your drinks quickly. I come here pretty often and have always been pleased with my experience.

This is my neighborhood Starbucks. Baristas are always helpful and friendly. They are willing to try the secret recipe drinks from the Internet.(you need to bring in the recipe)

The barista’s are friendly. Service has never been a problem. Very nice study spot compared to the other stores in town. The wait time can be bothersome for some(if there is one) but patience is virtue. If you complain about how slow service is, try making your own coffee at home or try working in the service industry. The employees are human too; they are working as quickly as they can.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Going through the drive through takes half an hour. Most Starbucks I’ve been to would get through that many cars in 5 – 10 minutes. Pick it up people!

Better than most Starbucks. Larger than usual seating area, with unusually comfortable chairs. It has a drive-through, which often means horrible service to indoor customers, but not here. Service was fine.

I know, I know. It’s a Starbucks, right? But you’ve gotta understand, in a land where free public wi-fi is about as easy to find as a strong cup of freshly-roasted espresso this place is a real gem. From my travels in rural Minnesota to the center of Sioux Falls, I’d been having a really rough time finding some free signals(or even pay-per signals) to access. Add to that the lack of good coffee, and I was on the verge of becoming a real beast. Thanks to the good ol’ global brain(aka the iPhone), we were able to locate this Starbucks using our«Free Wi-Fi» app. Thank God! Like an oasis in the middle of a frigid landscape, I wandered(well, okay, barreled) into the shop and, to my delight, found comfy leather chairs situated by a window. The wi-fi was easy to access, and fast, and my 12 oz latte was a real winner. I hunkered in for a good two hours and managed to get a lot of work done. Hubs even picked me up a snack from the pizza joint down the street, and we noshed without receiving so much as a sideways glance. But here’s where this place earns a bonus star: their customer service. This little shop operates in no way like a part of the behemoth chain from which it claims its moniker. The baristas seemed to know everyone who walked in, and started making their drink right away. As customers left, they were greeted with lilting well-wishes, «Happy Holidays, Merry New Year, Best wishes to you and yours … «It was like something out of Mayberry! So kudos to the workers here who go above and beyond to treat their customers like they’re the most important ones in the room. Here’s hoping that Howard Schultz recognizes the obviously good training that your branch manager is providing and gives you a wonderful holiday bonus! Oh, and thanks for keeping me sane during my midwest travels.
