I wasn’t surprised to see all of the one star ratings when I came to this site. My husband and I went there to pick up 2 subs yesterday and were appalled by the customer service. The woman named Kim literally glared at us, she asked what we wanted in one word sentences. When I got 2 pieces of onion on my sandwich I asked if I could please have a few more slices. She literally looked straight at me and looked away. She left my sandwich open, my husband was next and she barked«vegetables» at him. Thinking she must not have heard me he said«my wife wanted a couple more onions and I’ll have lettuce», etc. Still not one word of response, she filled his sandwich, wrapped it looked at me then my still open sub and dropped 2 more onion pieces on it. She obviously had heard us both. Would it have been too hard to actually speak and say, «oh, sure, here you go» or anything else that might imply she cared at all about customers or providing service? On the flip side, Lisa, who was at the register was especially kind and helpful. Doesn’t Subway as a franchise care about the image that even small shops are generating? If we ever walk in again and see Kim, we’ll turn around and walk out.

Guys-you have to fix the customer service-been here the last four years for a huge LAX tourney-you even post a welcome sign-but 20 min in line is too much-plan ahead and I will support you–

I have nothing good to say about this business. I haven’t been there since their relocation. We stopped by on our way back into Redmond after a long weekend vacation. After stopping at an empty drive-thru and restaurant itself, we were told that a sandwich maker would be with us in a minute. About 5 minutes later someone finally came to the speaker box. We ordered and then waited at the window for another 7 minutes, once again, no one else was there. The store was empty. When the young girl opened the window, she turned around and began talking to her co-worker. It was not a pleasant experience. Then upon arriving home and opening the sandwiches: my sandwich was burnt, and the bread wasn’t fresh. It was as dry as the desert. There was maybe a tablespoon of lettuce, and maybe 3 of each other vegetables(pickles, onions, olives, etc.) The other sandwich looked just as sad, just not toasted. I would NEVER give this location another chance, and it is a shame because they are in a perfect location before I go over the mountain. I suggest they get their act together if they want to retain a customer base. Was not worth my money. I would have asked for my money back if I were still there. You can keep your crummy sandwich.

We got to this restaurant at 2 pm, we both wanted the meatball sandwich. No meatballs were cooking, so we had to wait 15 minutes for them to cook. They were good and they did give us 3 free cookies. Would give them a second try next time in town.

If I could put no stars I would. I have been sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes. They have said«welcome to subway be with you in five minutes» 15 minutes later I have no response.

My family eats at Subways all over since my kids love their sandwiches. We stopped at this location on the way to a soccer game in Bend. This location does not come close to meeting the Subway standard. The bread was either not fresh or it was on the burnt side depending on the sandwich. We had to ask for ‘double’ meat on our kids salami sandwiches since they only put on 2 slices on each to begin with. All other locations normally put double that since they are basically making the spicy Italian but only with salami. It may not seem like a big deal but it was the saddest looking sandwich with only two slices and a piece of cheese. Looking at the Subway standards they fell short of them and could use a quality control check.

Terrible customer service and environment. I’ve just moved to Sisters and started coming here. I visit Subway a few times per week. The last 3 times I have been there I have not been satisfied once. Today there were 5 or 6 employees and a LONG line of customers. Took 20 minutes to get through the line. Totally unorganized staff. When I got to the register they had mixed up all the sandwiches and had to open them all again to determine which was mine. The time before that my sandwich was a mess with mayo and mustard all over the wrap and completely falling apart. The 3rd time my boyfriends foot long sandwich was torn in half… Not cut… Torn. Very disappointed!

Worst service ever… there were four employees on shift when we visited with our family this afternoon. When we arrived there were three groups in front of us and it took us an hour to get through the line. We watched five couples walk out. If I was the owner I would fire the whole staff and start over.

What can you really say about a Subway, it’s pretty much the same everywhere. No? One thing to mention is their Oct 1 — Oct 31 special offer of buy one, get one free for any 6 inch sandwich with a drink.

This subway is now located at 620 N Arrowleaf Trail, across the street from the new Ray’s Food Place complex and next to South Valley Bank… yes I did edit the business in Unilocal, but I’m guessing it may take a miracle to get it updated on the site. Like any new fast food restaurant, it’s clean and modern. They have made a huge improvement in the layout of the business when it comes to the drive-thru customers. In their old location, they would interupt the inside counter line to make a drive-thru order. In the new restaurant, they have a separate area for their drive-thru orders, so it seems that both dine-in and drive-thru customers get faster service. As for the food, it’s your typical Subway.
