Been here a few times. Ordered party trays for a few events. They don’t «stock» a lot for wall ins but I’ve never had a problem with the party tray orders. It’s fairly cheap and plenty of bang for the buck. Plus if your bringing it to a party, it’s usually a hit because most people like pretzels and it’s pretty unique.
Overall recommended for party orders in advance. Walk in business is hit or miss but worth a shot.

First visit I order three «soft» pretzels. Get three cold hard pretzels. Second visit ask for a soft warm pretzel in a more emphatic tone, get a cold hard pretzel. Email the corporate headquarters, complain, get a coupon. Third visit with the coupon, same crap, cold hard pretzels. They had their chance, no more visits.
