The retail store is closed at this location now. You have to go to Mallorys Grazin Meats 382 Route 518 in Skillman to get their stuff. There is a sign on the gate.

This is a local farm which provides items such as grass-​fed pork, beef, and veal to local restaurants such as Teresa’s.

I finally tried some of their beef via a burger at Enoterra. As with wild vs farmed salmon, the difference in flavour and texture may take some getting used to, as it’s drier and slightly gamier than most beef. It was good, though, and if I am going to eat beef, it ought to be grass fed beef (were you aware that grass-​fed cows don’t emit the same methane that corn-​fed cows do? in a nutshell, cows have a GI tract to digest grass; with corn, it gives them really bad gas. Something to think about the next time you either have a burger or feel like blaming ALL cows for global warming)
