We go to this subway regularly and have always been happy with the quality of subs and pleasant service.

Extremely disappointing.
I asked for a specific sub. The woman made it, but assumed my sub is custom.
So when I corrected her, instead of making me the correct sub, I was stuck with this custom sub. Basic incompetency. Customer is always right — so your job is to make me the right sub.
I have worked at my school’s deli for 4 years, and this type of customer service would never fly. Will not be returning — esp since I work in Skillman.
Hope I receive better service in Hillsborough.

We were on our way from Orange County NY back to Philadelphia through Princeton– it was one of a few stores open on the Sunday drive along the route.
Subway is Subway to me– it was good, the place was clean and the people were nice and friendly.
