Great place to grab an ice-​cream — they specialize in blends — think Dairy Queen Blizzard, but better — and hang out w local musicians before stepping out next door fro a movie at Montgomery Cinemas. Great atmosphere, & efficient, friendly service.

So disgusting. Place was filthy and horribly disorganized. I so seldom get an ice cream and half way through I found a giant hair. Awful.

A nice little place for ice cream or coffee. This shop has way fewer people than the one in downtown Princeton.

The ice cream here is out of this world good. We regularly drive 25 mins for it. This place is a café so they have all kinds of other things like hot drinks, pastries, sandwiches, and soups. Sometimes they have live music, making this a really cool place to hang out.

I’ve loved Thomas Sweets for decades! I only had some ice cream but it was yummy – though not as good as what I remember from the old North Branch place. Only frustration was they didn’t have some of the flavors that they had written on the board.

Corrected the problem, and I am quite happy. Yay!

Had a very good time here. Really like the atmosphere, huge open space, nice couches to sit and relax/​read in. Good music at a good/​quiet volume.

I come here all the time. Lately when I come in the morning for coffee (which is excellent) there are no breakfast items out. Today I was there at 8:10. Nothing but cupcakes. I drove to Lucy’s for breakfast. What is going on? Does management know?

T Sweet is always a treat. Consistently great service (Isabel is the best!), comfortable furniture and the best ice cream in the area. Pastries and soups are fresh, unique and delicious. A cozy place to stop in and hang out!

Great coffee! I get the regular or dark roast and it gets me ready to take on the world. I try to keep blinders on and not look at the amazing array of delicious desserts. The times I have indulged I have not been disappointed. In the fall they had these unbelievable apple cakes! Lately, I’ve been stuck on the chocolate croissants.
The décor is warm, open and inviting with lots of seating. I usually just grab my stuff and go though. The staff is really friendly too. Oh yeah and I like the way they support indie artists. There is always some interesting pieces up on the walls.

Loved the selection of ice cream & gelato. I had the Apple turkey panini there which is pretty good. The indoor seating is big big so it is good to come with a group of friends to catch up

Ok, I literally come to this place 3 – 6 times a week. All of the pastries are PHENOMENAL. Joanne is literally the best chef. I have tried every cupcake: Oreo, mint chocolate chip, red velvet, vanilla, chocolate chocolate, salted caramel, funfetti, strawberry, pumpkin, and peanut butter. I recommend them all! If you like cream cheese frosting, go with the red velvet. I’ve tried the chocolate croissant. When you rip it open, you will find a brittle chocolate center that is absolutely delectable. The almond croissant is AMAZING. The almond paste that is in the center of the pastry is gooey and the outside crust is light and flaky; it’s a perfect combo. The apple cake has a fresh, soft apple center, and you can actually see the apples in it. The pumpkin muffin has a crumby powder-​sugar dusted top that is hardened just the right amount, so when you finish that, you can eat the soft muffin underneath. The brownie is DELICIOUS. It was the absolute best brownie I’ve ever tried. The outside is flaky and the inside is rich. I ordered a latte last night with skim milk and sugar-​free caramel, and it was fabulous. Everyone who works here is exceptionally cordial and quick. They have an array of super interesting artwork on the wall, and a couch where you can lounge in. All I can say is that I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Definitely the best ice cream I’ve had in a long time. I had Nutella covered with Nutella topping and homemade whipped cream. I went there once on a Saturday night where they had a jazz band play, and then for lunch on a week day. Got to say that it’s a completely different experience. The first time the line was very long, but it didn’t bother me much since the music was playing. The second, it was like a different place; the environment was very chilled out. I’m a big fan of hale & hearty soups so that’s a pleasant surprise; the sandwich bread was amazing as well. And the staff was extremely nice and accommodating… I had this tall British gentleman help me and he really took the time to explain the menu. Would recommend this place to all kinds of people and can’t wait to go back for more myself!

They sell sandwiches, soups, ice cream, frozen yogurt, coffee, pastries, and combinations of the above. The interior is spacious and there are even couches. They are one of the only places I have seen outside of New Mexico that serves Posole.
The employees are particularly nice, and even let me receive a phone call on their phone. This establishment (as well as the other locations) are a gem in the Princeton area.

A great place for treats for both the kids and grown ups. The almond croissant is my latest crave. This place is definitely a local family favorite.
The café now carries Hale & Hearty soups, which are also very good.
When I am in the mood for great fudge, I have been caught taking the extra drive into downtown Princeton to Thomas Sweet Chocolates.

I’m giving this ⁴⁄₅ mostly because it is one of the… well… one decent coffee place in the sprawling metropolis that is Skillman, NJ. The coffee is pretty good, they have some decent breakfast sandwiches, and last time I was there I had a pretty killer macaroon.
Very friendly people working behind the counter. So next time you’re at Shoprite, skip the Dunkin’ and grab a coffee from the local guy, Thomas Sweet’s.
