A terrific find. I’m so happy I bought a Groupon for their fitness glasses (Hot Power Yoga) because me and my fiancé ended up joining as members for unlimited classes. We go about 2x a week and I’ve always had a very welcoming and great experience. The staff is very friendly and I’ve gotten to know them on a personal level. It was important to me to find a yoga class at a gym that was a little more spiritual than I’ve found at past gyms and this definitely exceeded my expectations. After getting to know the instructors, and telling them what my goals are, they’ve been extremely supportive in pushing me beyond what I think I can do and helping me reach some of my goals so soon.
It’s about a 20 minute drive for me and DEFINITELY worth it.

Update to add that I have since tried the hot yoga class– it was pretty good. The instructor was very good with explaining moves to beginners and more experienced people. There is also now a larger sign in front of the business complex where it is located. Been here just over 2 months and it is still great! Would highly recommend joining
