I have found most dry cleaners in blue bell are not good. I have never posted a negative comment but this guy is a character. He is the highest price guy in town and acts like your pain in the butt when you come in. I asked him a question today what was difference between dry clean and press and he would not answer it. He finally did but it was very uncomfortable. He told me that I make him uncomfortable when I asked a simple question. I feel like he is sneaky and rude. I found a company that picks up at your house. I don’t recommend him.

They have always done a great job for me over 7 years. All types of clothes, blankets, pants, suits, dresses… even my wife’s wedding dress.

I had two bad experiences with Skippack Square dry cleaners. They ruined a shirt of my husbands and I figured after the first time everyone is entitled to mistakes that I would give them a second chance, well there will be no third. I brought my daughter’s dress to them, which is a size 5 in girls. and they charged me the same price as if it were a ladies, when I questioned the lady about it she said that kids get stains and is sometimes harder to clean, I explained my daughters clothes don’t get stained because I spend a lot on her clothes and we are very neat and that is why I get them dry cleaned, so they don’t get ruined in our a regular washer. Needless to say she said if i wasn’t happy with the price I should have complained to the person whom I dropped my clothes off with, keep in mind she is the owner and who looks at the prices when they are dropping off. I get the dress and it is a completely different color than it was when I brought it in, it was red and now it’s pink. My daughter wore it once and it looked to be completely washed out and old. You could see the bleached out look, as if it were a tie die look. The only thing the owner said was bring it in and show the person who I dropped it off to originally, as if he’s going to remember that one dress out of the hundreds he sees all week. She wasn’t apologetic at all and was disagreeing with the dress color change and told me she couldn’t see the difference in the dress. You could clearly see the discoloration. I even went home and looked at a picture of her in the dress the week before and it was clearly red. Needless to say. they ruined my clothes and they are poor business people.
