Possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a company/proprietor.-(and i use that term loosely) I bought a living social certificate to use. I booked the service on line. I called to confirm arrangements several times only to receive a message to say voicemail wasn’t set up. Scary given their business relies on reliable communication. I then looked at a few reviews only to confirm the ineptness of this operation. I cancelled on LS-​no problem. I referred to the fact that since others had a sketchy experience –i smell a rat and wasn’t willing to take a chance on them not showing up. The owner then harassed me with emails indicating i failed to input pick up location and he sent email to inquire pick up info. I said I never received such an email at which point i received another harassing contact suggesting I was lying. I searched and found it in junk mail and took a screenshot to prove to him that i did not infact receive his request. Very unprofessional –plz refer to other reviews of this service (???)

I wish I would have read this before I tried to use them with a livingsocial deal. Got the confirmation that they would show up at 6:15, but no one showed up. No calls were returned either. I have already asked for a refund from livingsocial, book from someone more reputable.

zero stars. do not use. never showed up or returned our calls as we waited to catch a flight to israel. We used groupon and got what we thought was a good deal. Once again you get what you pay for. We will deal with groupon after our trip
