Discount Mattress

I was totally ripped of by Jim at Discount Mattress and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it other than write this hideous review. I purchased a brand new Spring Air mattress set and was provided with the Spring Air Warrantee. One of the conditions for replacement under the 10 year warrantee provided by Spring Air is an indentation of more than 1 ¼ inch. Well 9 months later, the body indentation in the middle of my mattress is closer to 2 inches. I am average body weight and I had the right frame and box spring so there is nothing to attribute this indentation to other than a mattress defect. Sadly what Jim did not advise me about with his «amazing» knowledge and fast talk was that the receipt Discount Mattress provides reads «As-​Is product no warrantee», he lied and told me that applied to Discount Mattress only, not the manufacturer. Big fat liar, Spring Air will not consider my claim for review and I am out $ 900.00. Do Not Trust Discount Mattress and their «As-​Is Products receipts!
