Excellent pizza. Try the square pizza with red onions and green olives. So good. The staff is super friendly especially the GM Greg. They made sure I had everything including napkins! Definitely will make it a weekly routine.

My family loves this place, me not much. I don’t like thick crust pizza. That being said they enjoy it immensely.

Very high quality za. A little different deep styled but we loved it. Bought five different ones for a party, thought would might gave extra, nope. All gone. Hot fresh. Nice try em.

I am a Detroit transplant and loyal Jet’s customer. I started ordering from the Skokie location to get a taste of home. I ran into some issues the second order, but the GM Greg was friendly, understanding, and resolved my issue. I’ve ordered multiple times since then, including last night and my experiences have been fantastic! If you’ve never had Detroit style pizza, order Jet’s square! The cheese goes all the way to the crust and gets perfectly crispy. Get the ranch too to dip it in :). Fair warning though, the regular practice of all Jet’s is to stop delivering about a half hour early. So if you see that they close at 11, don’t try to order delivery at 10:45, it won’t end well for you.

It kinda blows my mind that this place has 4 stars. I tried the pepperoni pan pizza and I thought the pizza was way too greasy and lacked any real flavor. I suppose people must think the quality matches the price, because it is not too expensive, but I would still sooner go to Pizza Hut or even Little Caesar’s.

Decided to give Jet’s a shot. We usually order Giordano’s thin crust but wanted to find a cheaper alternative. Verdict: just ok. I prefer pretty much every other place I’ve ever ordered from, well, except for Sarpino’s. We ordered a hand-tossed with Italian Sausage and half green olives and half black olives and mushroom. The crust was perfectly round and generic, making me suspect it came straight out of the freezer rather than actually being hand tossed. On the plus side I didn’t feel sick to my stomach like after eating Papa John’s, but that’s not good enough to get me to order from here again.

Perhaps some of the best Pizza you’ll find in the Northern Suburbs. My favorite is the thin crust, well done — with Italian Sausage, butter and sesame seed crust. Somebody slap me.

Pizza is good. Not too thrilled with the cheese bread. I’ll go back, but only with a coupon.

If you order Jet’s, expect the following: High calorie, thick, doughy crust on in the inside, slightly singed crust, oil dripping off the cheese — pure happiness. I really like Jet’s, but I only order it when I want this kind of pizza. If you are a deep dish purist(i.e. you spend your days defending Giordano’s over Malnati’s. Hint: Pequod’s is still better), you may not appreciate what Jet’s has going on here and those of us from the East Coast are still wondering why people like this kind of pizza over big, floppy deliciousness, you’ll question your sanity of ordering here. But for everyone else, it’s a quality place that gets your pizza done quickly.

Overall decent pizza, but the customer service sucks. Had multiple experiences where they messed up the order.

My daughter and I like the squares!(Their version of pan pizza). Like someone else said, it’s not Lou Malnati’s or Gulliver’s, but for $ 5 you can get two slices plus a drink. What a deal. And it’s pretty good.

You should know what you’re getting when you order Jet’s Pizza: high-caloric, on-time, rectangular thick, buttery crust deliciousness that is in my opinion the best non-traditional Chicago deep dish pizza in the area. Domino’s, Papa John’s, and neighbors of Skokie: take note! If you’re going to do inexpensive, local pizza, why would you choose a chain restaurant over this local and 10x better establishment? You wouldn’t actually, because you’re an intelligent person and you’ll choose Jet’s! We always get the pepperoni because it’s never failed us once but I’ve heard the jalapeño, sausage, and other veggies are great as well. Next time you’re ordering pizza delivery, do yourself a favor and order Jet’s!

Jets blows all the local pizza joints out of the water. For 3 reasons… 1. They know what I want to order based on my phone number when I call so no need to re-order… 2. Cajun butter crust deep dish pizza is deliciously mouth watering good… 3. Best part is, all it takes is 2 slices to fill you up… with other pizza’s…I can keep eating and eating… Jets, satiates me after only 2 slices. Keep up the good work fellas!

I had my first issue today with this location. This is very upsetting as I had always loved this place before but I’m going to have to really reconsider that notion now. John, the first person that I spoke with today was extremely rude and had no clue about the specials that they run. I had to request the manager, Michaela, twice before he finally let me speak with her. She wasn’t any better. She essentially said that different people can issue different deals depending on how they feel. This is ridiculous. As a franchise, this location should be held to some standards. I’ve been here over a dozen times either picking up for my family or with my friends grabbing some boxes for game. I’ve never had any issues before. I had to spend close to 15 minutes on the phone to order two boxes of pizza. I’m going to go elsewhere from now on.

Our favorite carry out pizza place. It’s always cooked to perfection. They put a good amount tomato sauce which makes it so tasty. I haven’t seen any other place that makes an 8 corner pizza like they do.

The 8 corner pizza with turbo crust is only pizza you need in your life. This pizza is better than any other pizza for the price. 2 slices and your full

Delicious pizza, mmmmm good! Our favorites are sausage supreme and peperoni with lots of garlic in the crust. Their salads are yummy as well. We usually pick it up but they offer delivery as well. The professionals working there are polite and knowledgeable. Thank you! Galia

A real disappointment. I ordered pizza and chicken wings for delivery. The order took over 1.5 hours to be delivered. The wings were really, really bad. They were the little baby wings you get out of a frozen bag at Target, and then drenched in sauce. No blue cheese with the chicken wings? Weak. The pizza was decent(probably a 3⁄5) but the service and chicken wings were just so bad it ruined the experience.

The pizza and service here is solid. This is the only place I’ve been that has an 8-Corner, Cajun crust, well-done pizza made to order for pickup in less than 20 minutes. My buddies ask almost every Friday night for Jet’s by name, and they want it fast so I pick it up! The staff is super-cool, and they always have«Diners and Dives» on their TV for me to gawk at when I wander in. The thin crust is good too.
