As much as I want to give 0 stars, it wasn’t an option. I was looking around for a good 5 – 10 min & was NEVER approached by a single employee. I wanted to find a shade in foundation that was similar to a foundation that I bought at Sephora by NARS, after no help or greeting whatsoever, I decided to leave. Horrible hospitality, I’ll be sticking to Sephora & NARS for the long run. Staff needs to be reminded about customer service, this placed sucked.

Staff is snobby and make you feel uncomfortable when looking through stuff. They just stare at you blankly and are barely any help when looking for product. I went by Saturday looking for some things and asked one the workers if they had a travel size of a product and all I was a scoff and a «no…(long pause)…sorry» and she immediately walked away to talk with her cowoker, she was this older lady with a moustache, and they eyed me for the remainder of my visit. I obviously needed help and went in hoping to buy a couple things, but I was ignored. Terrible, terrible customer service.

I came in last week to get my makeup done and was put on the waiting list because I did not have an appointment. Although they were really busy, the wait was not too bad. The staff was really friendly and Laura was able to take care of me. I don’t usually wear makeup, so I asked her to do my full face and she did an amazing job! Having your makeup done also requires a $ 50 purchase, which isn’t too bad considering you can just buy some of the products that were used on you. I will definitely be going back to Laura if I ever have to get my makeup done for an event again. Great experience!

I went in Nordstrom last weekend to get my makeup done. They were packed but were able to squeeze me in. The girls who worked there were so nice. Nora did my makeup she had great recommendations for what will look good with mt complexion. She gave me a cut crease look for my shadow and great falsies as well. I can’t put on fake eyelashes to save my life, but the whole time she was teaching me what she was doing :) I recommended her to all of my friends!

Rude staff and understocked. Can’t believe that this is a «Mac» at all. Customer service is terrible and not the usual Mac experience. I’d rather travel the the Mac store on Armitage. SMH thisstore needs a makeover!

I don’t write reviews most of the time, but when I stopped by MAC to get an eyeliner and a blush I stood there awkwardly for over five minutes waiting to see if anyone would help me out. But no, two or three of the girls were busy reuniting with some old friends and they stood around talking and squaling. I even made eye contact with them and I was not helped. However, after a while this one woman helped me out and recommended some blush shades and was great!

The girls at this Mac location are always very snobby and uptight when you tell them that you may not care for a certain particular look. That’s why I drive all the way to Northbrook, where the makeup artists there actually know what they are doing and will spend the time working on you, until you are satisfied. Their customer service is worth the drive. Just want to give a big shot out to Lnydsey, at Northbrook Court. Keep up the good work :-)
