The Art of Shaving

Great product! I am really glad to have been introduced to this product. I use to hate shaving every morning. This product makes my skin feel great. It’s not cheap, but well worth it in my opinion.

I tried to take advantage of an online sale. Website didn’t work, customer service failed to place order by phone. Nobody cares. Take your business elsewhere. That’s what I’m doing.

I walked in at about 11:40 and they were staring at each other with no one in sight. I asked them if I could get a shave and they said they were booked solid until 2:30. I would not recommend this place.

I normally go to a hair salon for regular cuts. My fiancé bought me a gift certificate for a shave and cut at art of shaving for Christmas. I met with the barber (Ana) and she gave me what I found to be the best shave I’ve ever had. Haircut was on point and I managed to sleep a little while in the chair. So relaxing. Very good experience. Will have to go back now regularly.

I have to say, had the best shave ever by Anna. I believe she is new. She also gave me a haircut and I loved it. I had a royal shave done and all I can say is, perfection. I will be returning. Thank you so much Anna.

Was in a hurry to pick out a gift for a friend and The Art of Shaving did not disappoint. Their product packages well for holidays or gifts of any kind. A little on the pricey side but it’s a high-​end product so what are you going to do? Quality customer service from Christ Strong, who squeezed in the time to show me a quick demo. I will be bak for the holidays, most definitely.

Frankie gave amazing customer service. He was patient, knowledgable and hospitable. The store is impeccably clean. The products offered are high quality and beautiful. Also, they have a full service barber and shave station on the weekends. This place was awesome.

It’s a oasis for men in a mall full of things for women!

These high quality products changed the way I shaved and turned a daily mundane task into an enjoyable luxurious experience that I look forward to. Guys, we have to shave every day, why not treat ourselves to something nice that not only is healthy for our skin but most importantly feels great!

Well, I guess it’s 2.5, but since there aren’t any halves…
I got my boyfriend a gift certificate for a fancy beard trim. We went in the other day, and he decided to get a haircut, too.
The haircut was just not good. She didn’t really do an appropriate fade in the back, the back line was wonky, she didn’t trim around his ears, and the back was choppy and uneven.
The straight razor portion of the shave was really good-​she did a really nice line. And the hot towel was nice. But again, his beard was not trimmed evenly.
He’s a quiet guy and maybe didn’t give the most succinct instructions, but that doesn’t dismiss the fact that everything was uneven and choppy.
Plus, halfway through there was a screaming child in the store. And one of the sales people went into the back room, which is situated literally right behind the chair for grooming people. My boyfriend said he could hear everything that was going on back there and it was distracting from the experience – not to mention the door opening and closing several times.
Lastly, the rug in the little waiting area was covered in man-​shavings and tufts of hair. Again, maybe it was because it was late in the afternoon and it was just that day’s collective, but ew. It made it look dingy.
For the price, I expected a really great, fancy man-​spa experience. What we got was an overpriced facsimile of what they THOUGHT a really great, fancy man-​spa experience should be. Don’t think he’ll return for services, and I won’t be returning for future gifts.
