I placed an order online for pickup and ended up coming a bit earlier than the pick up time. I had to wait a few minutes before the order printed out at the register(they only receive the orders 15 minutes before the pick up time). The place wasn’t busy at all, with only a couple of people dining in. A few people walked in and ordered while I waited for the cook to finish my steamed veggies. While I was waiting, I checked out all the food that was laid out behind the glass and was impressed. I used to be a cook for another Panda Express location a few years ago so I was able to tell that the cook at this location was on point with everything. Nothing was burnt and everything looked very appealing. The servers were not as friendly as I would have expected, but it was alright. They weren’t rude or anything so that’s good. If I were to eat Panda Express again, it would probably be at this location.

I ordered online and went to the store after the time, they suggested I pick it up, so they had plenty of time to fulfill the order. When I arrived, I went straight to the«Online Order» line, which was basically right next to the cashier. I stood there for about a couple of minutes with no acknowledgment from the staff at all. After seeing the cashier taking care of three customers, I had to pipe-up and ask if this was the«Online Order» line. That is when finally she said«Yes» and she did apologize. That was then the person went ahead and started fulfilling my order. They had a small supply of Beef & Brocoli so I had to wait longer for them to cook more. Maybe I have high expectations of online ordering, but I would expect that ordering food online meant you can get your food at a much less wait time, and also, the food would be ready for me. I’ll give this Panda Express the benefit of the doubt and just chalk it up to me having too much high expectations, I guess. I think their food is decent, coming from a fellow Asian, but this customer service experience definitely ruined it.

While it’s hardly gourmet dining it’s not a bad deal in a pinch and I was starving. 2 items & rice or noodles for $ 6.80

I came here a few days ago, and this location sucked, and I have to agree with the customers who said like they were being rushed, I definitely felt that way too, especially when there were no customers behind me or in front, the employee was pacing up and down waiting for me to order like she was in a hurry to go somewhere. I ordered the 3 entrée + 1 side meal to go, she gave me two small scoops of Beijing beef, and my 3rd entrée of beef and broccoli in a separate small container, I looked and she put two pieces of beef, two teaspoons of gravy, and 6 pieces of broccoli, I asked for a little more beef, but she ignored me and said she already put the beef, very rude, pretty much paid a little over 9 dollars for 3 tablespoons of meat, 6 pieces of broccoli and cup of noodles, overpriced with small portions, this place is like most fast food places with poor customer service, rude employees, half the time getting the order wrong, rushing you in and out without any quality service.

Panda Express. What can I say? I used to think the food was so so. I used to eat it quite a bit when I was back in High school. However, recently, due to an increase in my dedication to fitness, someone told me that the teriyaki chicken has 32g of protein in a serving. Compare that to the 16g in the orange chicken or the miniscule amounts of chicken you get at chipotle, and you can see why this place is getting more of my business. 2 entrée meal with teriyaki chicken and some vegatables and you have a half-way decent protein packed meal.

I love this location, always had a great experience. But I am very dissapointed that there is no changing table in the bathroom. I have 2 kids, my son is 2 months old and I don’t think it’s right that I was faced with deciding to change my son on the floor or in my car. I hope this can be remedied so I can continue to go to this location.

I love any Panda Express, I think they have so many options and now they have the calories listed next to the entrees. This particular Panda Express was clean, food was fresh and not crowded. It has earned my 5 stars. I tried the new firecracker chicken(YUM!!) and beef and brocoli with steamed veggies. PERFECT! Come to this Panda on lunch, not as crowded as the nearby Corner Bakery or Chipotle!

I’m gonna be honest here, you have two options: Door #1: You walk in and survey a next to empty display of everything they serve. You look around to find the numberless patrons who just consumed said emptiness and find maybe three people in the whole place. You scratch your head and try to do the meaningless math while you are ignored by at least two employees who are surprisingly busy, albeit not replacing food. You eventually get service and you wait 5 – 10 minutes for them to cook your order on the spot and you go home mildly frustrated, yet satisfied. Door #2: you walk in to a line of less that 3 – 4, with several tables filled and survey the same emptiness that you would if the restaurant was desolate. You are greeted by almost all the employees as one starts to plate your order and then another takes over, and then ultimately the bossy Asian manager butts in and finishes your order. This interaction consists of you confirming to three different people that you want the orange chicken and Beijing beef. You feel like announcing to the crowd what you want, just so you are all on the same page. You still wait for food to be cooked on the fly and you leave mildly frustrated, but yet satisfied. I think it’s a poor management situation going on. I’m always trying to figure out why it takes a minimum of three people ladle up chicken into a styrofoam container. But alas, despite everything, my husband and I find ourselves back there for the crack they put in the Orange chicken.

This one is close to my house, third time here, third time I have to wait 7 minutes for my food because they never have anything prepared. Employee waits until she serves the last piece of chicken to let the kitchen know she is out. Don’t bother coming here, walk 20 more yards and go to corner bakery or chipotle.

As an update they called me back and said I could come in for a free meal that would have both brown rice and soup. Of course the meal I wanted had very little in the pot so they were going to cook it fresh for me. So again I was waiting for food that was not cooked. They did ask me if I minded waiting and I said no but did not realize it would take as long as it did. There were other people waiting for their orders too. The vegetables were good but everything else was not so hot. Unless I was going only for veggies I would go somewhere else.

The line is super confusing and it’s hard to see what all the options are. The food itself is great! I got the orange chicken and thought it was very good.

You all seem to mistake this for an actual Chinese restaurant. The individuals that work at all Panda Express(btw it SAYS express in their title!) are«rushing» in order to prevent a line out the door. The inside is spotless and the staff are fast and to the point. They accommodate as best as they can and there isn’t any spit in your food. You’re charged $ 1 more because its a nicer cut of meat. You want to spend $ 5 on lunch? McDonalds is across the street. –BSN

Not even if it was the only restaurant in a 50 mile radius. Food poisoning. In addition, my beef broccoli was full of hard, chewy fat. GROSS. First and last time ever at a panda express.

This past week, I came here for the second time to grab some lunch. My first time around, everything was fine — just your typical dining experience that you can get at Panda Express. After eating here this week, I definitely do not feel the same. I completely agree with Gaby C. below me… as soon as I walked in the door, I felt like they wanted to get me out as quickly as possible. There was one person ahead of me and no one behind me, so there was no reason for the older man employee to have been so rudely rushing through giving me my food. It was so quick that when he asked me if it was for here or to go, he wasn’t even listening to me and started putting a lid over my food, when I clearly said it was for here. It’s not a big deal by any means, but I would rather spend my money elsewhere. Also, I got the Shanghai Angus steak, which is a $ 1 more than any other options they have. I knew that because it says it on the description and he also mentioned it before giving me the food. That was fine, however, it was not fine that I literally got 3 maybe 4 pieces of steak MAX. If you are charging me more money, you can at least give me the same amount that I would get with any other meats. Anyway, I was pretty irritated and did not end up enjoying my meal. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back especially since there are so many other options in the area.

First of all, does anybody else feel extremely rushed to order as soon as u walk in the door? I didn’t even come during a lunch rush! I need to look at the food/prices before i order. Prices keep going up & up, I don’t know why. It’s not like they are serving gourmet food, my frozen dinners taste better than this. I got 1 chicken egg roll and 1 small(they should call it extra small) side of orange chicken and it cost me $ 6. I don’t think I’ll be back. I should have gone to a real Chinese food restaurant for 5.95 lunch specials that actually fill you up, not just tickle your stomach! Grr. On the bright side my fortune said ‘The evening will bring romance’
