I wasn’t expecting such an unconventional egg drop soup — it came loaded with tofu, mushrooms and carrots. They don’t indicate on their menu that it’s not a traditional egg drop soup. The orange chicken was the worst, though… it was MUCH more hard breading than actual chicken. The sauce was okay. The egg roll was kinda mushy but tasted okay, the fried rice was average, but… yeah… I don’t feel satisfied by this meal at all. It was really sub-par. I dont know if that’s because it’s a Sunday night but… I won’t be ordering from here again.

I ordered not spicy orange chicken and it was spicy! Crab puff wasn’t that great tasting either very dry and the crab meat was non existent. Fried rice was decent because I had to mix it with plain white rice. Food was delivered late. I probably won’t be eating here again.

Based on Unilocal recommendations we tried the crab rangoons, egg drop soup, Singaporean noodles and the house spicy chicken. The spicy chicken was perfectly spiced and quite tasty. Everything here seems to be freshly cooked to order and delivery in under 30 minutes. Even though some of the items were just average we’ll be giving Go Go’s a second try.

Sesame chicken was awful. Had no taste and hardly any sauce. Tasted like bland friend chicken. The crab Rangoon was good but cold when it arrived. Very disappointed

The egg drop soup was very good. It’s different than most as it had vegetables it it but it works. I will order from there again if I’m in the area.

We’ve gotten takeout three times from this place– food has been consistently hot, fresh, and delicious. Lemon chicken was very good, black bean chicken was outstanding, and spicy lo mein with extra veggies is my personal favorite. Egg rolls were wonderful, but the Rangoon was not great. Too little filling, but they did come with spicy mustard and sweet sauce. Delivery has been pretty fast, too, ranging from 25 minutes to 50 minutes, exactly as quoted. I’m excited to try more! It’s our go to delivery Chinese !

Have ordered from here two more times. Second time, got the chicken and broccoli and it was good but didn’t make me jump out of my seat. Third time was today, got the orange chicken lunch special. This Orange Chicken is perfection to me! It’s the perfect blend of spicy and citrus, the green peppers and carrots add a new and interesting flavor I’ve never had before and it may be the best orange chicken I’ve found yet. I will definitely be ordering this again!

This negative review is based on inconsistency and I am very sad and disappointed I have to leave this review. I order from this restaurant on a daily basis. I can not leave my office while working so I always order my lunch from them. I get them same thing every time I order. Vegetable Lo Mein extra spicy. They are super close to my job so I usually get my order within 20– 25 minutes which I love. The food was always tasty so I continued to order from this establishment. Well today for some reason today the woman who answered the phone said that I needed to order more food in order to get my food delivered. I asked her why since I order the same thing every day its never been a problem so what changed. She just kept repeating herself so I just hung up. I order at least 3 times a week and my order is always $ 12 or $ 13 if I decide to add a soda. You just lost a customer, that’s $ 144 per month and $ 1728 per year for ONECUSTOMER. I hope it was worth it.

Orange Chicken– Tough and no orange sauce; I have never seen carrots with this dish. Broccoli beef– No flavor. Egg rolls– No flavor. Fried rice– Should be ashamed of how much beef you put in an order. I never slam Chinese restaurants but this was sub-par.

The food here has been consistently good every time we eat here. Some of the best Chinese food on the northside, imo. Favs are the Singaporean noodles and the house spicy chicken. Love the smoothies as well — they are made with fresh ingredients… no syrup. love that, very hard to find. I have ordered all sorts of dishes since we found this gem… they are all good and made properly.

We were out car shopping and I really had a taste for Chinese food for lunch. We asked the salesman for a recommendation and he mentioned another place, but after checking out Unilocal I wasn’t so sure, plus once we drove by I definitely wasn’t trusting his opinion — so I went with another Unilocal suggestion and was very satisfied! The restaurant is in a strip mall, not the most glamorous location and not much seating space, but it gets the job done. The food was fantastic! We started off with crab puffs — so fresh and so light and tasty, unbelievably good! Then I ordered the salt pepper shrimp and my husband ordered house spicy chicken. LOVE the salt pepper shrimp — so fresh! Light and tasty and did I mention«fresh»? Like hot off the wok and hits your table fresh, like so light you think you can eat two orders because it tastes that good! My husband’s was definitely spicy enough, his eyes were watering(lol) but that’s exactly how he likes his spicy dishes. The woman behind the counter was very nice and checked on us halfway through our meal — not the usual take-out atmosphere in my opinion. While it may not be conveniently located for me(I live in Lake Forest) it will be one of my «treats» to make the trip and get great Chinese food when I really need/want it. I wish we had something this good in my neighborhood, seriously.

I like it. I like it as much as previous restaurant at this location Asia 2 Go. I like spicy and they comply. Good Kung Pao and the even omit or add a vegetable on request. It’s my regular take out place.

Singaporean noodles were great! The Kung pao chicken was decent, however the orange chicken was not edible. I was really hoping this was going to be my new chinese spot based on the reviews.

First time I’ve had delivery service within 20 minutes… wow! The food arrived, hot fresh & tasty. Prices are very reasonable. We ordered: Yu Shian Chicken with fried rice, vegetable spring rolls, and orange chicken. $ 20 with tax and delivery! There aren’t many good Chinese restaurants around Edgebrook. This will be my go go to Chinese spot ;-) FYI: They have unique items such as Yu Shian Chicken and very large fried spring rolls.

My wife and I love going to this place and get our usual order: vegetable lo mein, shrimp fried rice, egg drop soup, and crab rangoons. Everything tastes great and the portions are large, even if you order the small size. The service is very friendly, including deliveries.

Found Go Go China on a recent business trip to the Chicago area. Visited twice in a week enjoying their Chicken Fried Rice first and the Mongolian Beef my second visit. Staff was fantastic. If you’re in the area don’t miss this little Chicago gem.

Since this place opened i’ve come for lunch a few times and carried out for dinner frequently. The orange chicken, sesame chicken, chow mein, vegetable fried rice, Hawaiian chicken are all very very good and among the regular dishes I order. The service is great, very friendly. The only downside to this place is that they have limited seating, but if you live in the area, just carry out. I like everything i’ve tried so far. The prices are very reasonable. Don’t judge this place based on the restaurant there before, it is completely different!!!

We got a delivery from here last night. It is the same location and phone number as the old Asia 2 Go, so I imagine it is under new management. We got pork fried rice, pork chop suey, Mongolian Beef and garlic chicken. All of them were decent and the delivery was well packaged. I think the Mongolian beef was the weakest, but it still wasn’t bad. Mom actually really liked the chop suey. She had it for supper last night, lunch today and there is still some left. The Mongolian beef and the garlic chicken could have both been a bit spicier, but I will request it the next time we order and see what happens. I tried Christopher’s fried rice and I thought it was pretty tasty. Oh yes, I almost forgot … I got a strawberry smoothie too. It was pretty much typical of most smoothies. Sometimes ya just want those tapioca balls. I remember the first time I had them, I didn’t know what they were. I saw them in the smoothie and thought they were blueberries. Was I surprised!!!
