Nice theater. Been going here for years. The seats are comfortable. It is never crowded, which is a pro or con depending on what you are looking for. Parking is dependent on the mall crowd.

Decent theatre– not my favorite theatre-but definitely convenient if I’m at the mall(and definitely the better, newer of the two at Old Orchard Mall). Likes: –Good management– they seem to have decent communication and are all cordial and polite. In fact, when I wanted to get a hold of a manager(had a question), one employee actually used her voice piece to let him know that there was a patron asking for him. All the employees did seem super/semi young. –Liked that pre-movie advertisements were all muted– which was fantastic because those pre-movie ads(not trailers) can be super annoying.(The actual trailers had sound) Dislikes: –Bathrooms weren’t that clean and they did not have paper towels which I really don’t like. –Concession stand was super simple– only had the standard popcorn, ICEEs, and candies. There wasn’t alcohol or any«hot» foods. Notes: –They also had arcade games and a photobooth. –Adult ticket was a $ 10 and some change.

Ever been to a place where the whole staff is like, «Meh?» I don’t know why, but this theater always feels like there is no one there. There is always one person working the box office who may or may not pay attention to you. There is one person working the concessions stand. The popcorn is stale many times. The ticket takers are typically the friendliest people here. For some reason, they keep the lights on during the previews. The sound and picture quality is fine. This theater has some of the most comfortable seats you will find at any theater. I normally do not fidget here trying to find the right position. There is also a strange layout where the bathrooms are very far away from the theatres as well. You have to plan ahead if you have to go during the movie because it is a bit of a walk.
