I’ve been going to Tayyaba to get my eyebrows threaded for a few years now. Every place I’ve gone to in the past have irritated my sensitive skin but Tayyaba is very gentle. Her work is consistent and I can always trust that she’ll do an excellent job with my brows. I’ve recommended her to a few of my friends and now they go to her too. She’s also anvery sweet and warm lady!

Their flat ironing skills are absolutely depressing. My teen girls came and were burned terribly because of the super hot flat iron and the curls in their hair were showing underneath their layers once the flat ironing was finished. Also, the lady doing their hair was constantly on the phone. She was doing another lady’s eyebrows when my daughter was in the middle of getting her hair done. And she trimmed my daughters hair a lot more than needed.

What can I say? I’ve been going to Tayyaba for about 6 years now and the quality of her work has never changed. She’s always extremely friendly and makes you feel super comfortable. Love this Place.

I went to Tayyaba for the first time and thought she did an amazing job! I went from long hair to medium hair for for $ 15 (plus free shampoo wash) and then she styled it for another $ 15. She really took her time with my hair and that’s what I really liked. Very friendly lady as well. I love my hair cut!

Great service and management. Will always make time to squeeze me in with my corporate job hrs and my family life. Can’t thank her enough. She does a wonderful job with anything she does. Would highly recommend her to other (which I always do) oh, did I mention I drive all the way from oakbrook to come to Tayyaba salon? :)

I really needed a haircut at the last minute for an upcoming event and thought I’d give this place near my home a try. i didn’t expect much because its not a fancy salon, but I was so happily surprised with the results! Tayyaba cut and highlighted my hair and then styled it. It looked better than what I’ve gotten at expensive salons where i paid three times the price I paid here. I then brought my stepson in for a haircut – a 16 year old who is picky about his hair. He was also very happy with his cut and style. Now neither of us want to go anyplace else.

Tayyaba is truly talented at what she does. I’ve done my eyebrows in so many different areas (ny, grenada, miami, all over chicago) and I’ve never come across anyone that does eyebrows better than Tayyaba.
