I was lost and had lost all my internet and adapter access. I had called another tech before I called Tech Tock, and unfortunately he was not able to help me. I called Chanoy from Tech Tock, and in no time I was up and running. Had he not helped me, it would cost me a bundle and I would have lost valuble business time. Hands down, and blind folded, there is no one better in this business. I have used him at least three times for advice and service.

I dropped my laptop and wasn’t sure if the screen was cracked, the inverter was damaged or if a cable popped out because the screen had weird lines going through it.
I contacted several local laptop repair businesses and they ALL wanted 75dollars up front (at least) just to look at the laptop to «diagnosis» it.
Chanoy, the owner who has decades of experience looked at it for free! Plus I got the best deal ever with the Unilocal DEAL. He is very easy to reach and I was able to get my laptop back a couple days later which is incredible because other places were quoting me at least a week.
The best part is that he is extremely personable and I did not at all feel like he was just out there for my money (which I will say for the other laptop repair shops I contacted to get quotes). In fact his competitors right next door were so arrogant about their expertise that I promptly left due to their rudeness.

I am extremely pleased with Tech Tock — of the many services I have used in the past, they were by far the most prompt, proffesional and effective. My computer was hit by a nasty virus, which groundground my business to a halt. Less than an hour after calling Chanoy, he was at my office and within two hours my computer was up-​and-​running, efficient and secure.
