This place was just OK. The good, the food was pretty decent, the bartender was friendly, although unknowledgeable. This place could be really good. It’s not really a sports bar, as the bartender didn’t even know how to change the channel on the TV and some replay was being shown from the afternoon. The beer taps looked good, but they didn’t know anything about the craft beers. Bigger issue, It’s also very expensive for what you get. This area could use a good sports bar, so maybe one day it can turn into that I think this place has some potential, but right now it’s just not very good

Chill happy hour, perfect for after work. Great selection of beers. The menu was unique and the food is freshly prepared.

I’m a little torn on how to rate this place, the service was not the best but the food was great, so we’ll go with A-OK. Came here with 6 friends after spending the afternoon at Captain Lawrence brewery, as you might imagine we were hungry. Let me back up. The place was not exactly what we expected when we came in– thought it would be more of a restaurant but it is really just a bar with a few tables in the back for larger parties. There was one employee responsible for both areas and a few groups(ours was the largest) arrived at the same time so it was a bit chaotic. The employee was doing his best, honestly I felt bad for him, there should have been 1 more employee. While they do have a decent number of taps there was a problem with them so it took a few minutes to get each beer because so much foam was coming out. We ordered apps off the happy hour menu which was a great deal. They came out pretty quickly once we ordered so we were happy about that. Everything was hot and made to order, our favorites were the buffalo chicken egg rolls and fried pickles. We ordered mains right before the apps came out, everyone got burgers with the exception of myself, I’m a sucker for chicken fingers and fries. The fries were the highlight for everyone, they were crispy thin little shoestring fries that were well seasoned and nothing but delicious. Mains came out 1 – 2 at a time, with a good 5 – 7 minutes between each so by the time I got my plate last, everyone else was pretty much done. I guess they have a small kitchen not really suited to larger parties. I’d come again but as a party of 2, not 7!

Love the craft beer selection and the wings! This place has the cleanest bar I think I’ve seen, on a Sunday during nfl playoffs! Would definitely come back… Cute bartender too

Came here during the Halloween season out of town. Honestly my expectations for the food were not that high but the wings were seriously awesome. Order the huddle balls! The bartender was friendly and took care of us when we were waiting for a table.

Do you like beer? Do you like burgers? Guess what my friend? The Huddle is for you. I went to The Huddle on a Sunday night as a seasonal tourist, in town to check out the Halloween attractions. We sat ourselves at a high top near the bar where we had a great view of the Giants/Cowboys game and were quickly greeted by the nicest bartender in the history of time. Beers were delivered quickly and food orders were taken: a Huddle Burger for me and hot wings for the boyfriend. The burger was excellent, as anything topped with cheddar and avocado should be. Boyfriend said the wings were«alright,» 3-star quality. I really appreciated the well-seasons shoestring French fries. We had many more drinks and were on our way. Somewhere in the middle of our visit more and more people piled in and you could tell this was their typical Sunday night plan. If I were a local I would definitely be a regular. Minus one star for running out of fireball. I may be basic for wanting it but… come on.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon. Honestly my expectations for the food were not that high but holy cow the Huddle Burger is SUBLIME. Probably one of the best burgers I have ever had. The bartender was friendly and seemed very knowledgable on the beer selection. Would totally come here again!

Jimmy is the tit’s pyjamas. No place more welcoming or friendly to go for a late night drink than the huddle.

Pretty good beer selections. It’s a nice place to meet with some old friends. However, the nachos weren’t the greatest. Darts is also a plus.

Props to the Huddle for an awesome bowl of chili to go with the beers to warm me up on the cold night. Well worth the walk down Beekman for the tsp selection!!! Make sure to check with Mike for the newest tap offerings. Soooo many to choose from …

Stumbled in here on a Sunday and couldn’t have picked a better spot to watch the NFL playoffs! Great food and service. You get that cozy feel of a pub, but the benefit of a sports bar but all with really good food from Chef Chris and a perfect craft beer selection with a variety of local and classic choices from Dogfish to Kuka. Mike and Jasmine served us well and we felt like regulars even though it was only our first time. Definitely will return. Worth the trip across the bridge from Nyack. Especially because there is nothing like this we have found in Rockland County.

Unless you’re getting a beer or an appetizer, steer clear. My friends + I stopped in for quick bar food since everywhere in the area had an hour or more wait… I should’ve known better than to take my chances. Our food(including the appetizer) came out an hour later, only to discover one of the dishes was incorrect. We simply asked for it to be cancelled, mainly because we didn’t feel like waiting another hour. The waiter came over + apologized understandably, but then it gets REAL good. He offered a round of drinks on the house to make up for the wait + mistake. Cue drumroll… the check comes with SURPRISE, the«free» round of drinks included in the total. An awkward question to the waiter followed with why the drinks were on the bill + HEDENIEDEVERSAYINGANYDRINKSWEREONTHEHOUSE. Unless he’s 10-second-Tom, it was an outrageously rude move on his part… + definitely clinched the fact that I’m never setting foot in The Huddle again.

Food was better than normal bar food! Only went here after I found it on . $ 15 off $ 22.50. Not bad! Service wasn’t the best. We were the only ppl in there for a Friday lunch and the waiters were preoccupied getting ready for the night crowd, however not unfriendly. Took my beer before I was done with it when I went to the restroom. Decent sized bar, and clean. Seems like it would be a good spot for watching sports on tv.

Subpar(but friendly!) service, games on the TVs, and bar food floating about, as well as as a somewhat out of place Paint Night popping up on each table… So in other words, The Huddle was as charming as a dive bar could be. Thought it took us a bit to get our beers(some UBU thing for him and a breakfast stout for me), they were different and delicious. We took the time to warm up from the cold, gloomy Sleepy Hollow day as we pondered the menu, perusing for that perfect balance of healthy-yet-fried pub snack. Chicken quesadilla and a side salad with avocado ranch, and hot sauce, mmmm. So good — the perfect warm up. The issues re-arose when it came time to pay. We came in with one of those Unilocal Deal things, and it got a bit confusing. Then cards got switched, bills got switched, the deal disappeared… Bit of a kerfuffle. But all worked out in the end. Food: 4 — simple but yummy Drink: 5 — great selection, and the bartender was happy to let us try others Service: 2 — friendly but super aloof, it is a dive bar after all Value: 5 — two beers and some food cost us maybe $ 10 after the discount

Typical sports bar atmosphere. My girlfriend and I grabbed dinner during a Sunday night Broncos game and there were some boisterous Peyton Manning fans in the house. Fortunately, there is a seating area with table service in the back, away from the bar. Classy décor with lots of wood. Clean. Responsive, friendly service. Got the Huddle Balls for an appetizer. They are baseball-sized, breaded units of cheeseburger macaroni sitting in a bed of creamy tomato sauce. They weren’t greasy whatsoever, so might have been baked rather than fried. Keep in mind that you get three of them, so not recommended before an entrée unless you have a suitably large appetite. My buffalo chicken(maybe it was called Firebird?) club was good, as was my girlfriend’s Reuben. However, you shouldn’t order the latter if you’re looking for lean meat. Fries are excellent if you’re a fan of the thinly-cut style. I will consider The Huddle again when I’m in the mood for pub food.

My boyfriend and I went here a few weeks back while we were visiting Tarrytown. We were not sure what to expect, but we wanted to watch the world cup and Unilocal was offering a deal so we thought we would try it out. We were very pleasantly surprised. The food was great. We ordered typical bar food: Mozzarella Sticks and Nachos. My boyfriend had the beer sampler. The food was very good. The Mozzarella sticks were homemade and HUGE. They were delicious. The Nachos were also homemade and my boyfriend loved the Chili(we got it on the side because I am a vegetarian). The bartender was so awesome: my boyfriend didn’t like one of the beers on the sampler and he gladly replaced it and was so helpful. Would definitely come back here if we visit Tarrytown again.
