Great food and Great Service. I believe the manager on duty was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would however rework the flow for the guest. At the register it is very tight with the chip rack and the first row of tables placed as they are now.

Seriously… this place is so good! I always get the ham and turkey sandwich and it’s always so delicious. I never have had a bad meal from here! They have great customer service and a good selection to choose from! It’s nice to have one of these in Slidell!

Pretty good, even though I’ve had better this place is really cool. It’s set up like a firehouse in the inside and is very kid friendly. The bread is so soft and the cinnamon apple bbq is a must try.

Delicious subs. Had the Hook and Line(I think its called). My husband had his with bacon. Really good. So is the chili. We will definitely go back for more. I really want to try more kinds of sandwiches. Oh and giving a 2 star review because you don’t like the sound of the doorbell? Really childish.

Hold on to your hats ladies and gents because I’m about to give you the top five reasons to go to Firehouse Subs for lunch if you’re in the mood for a sub. *ahem* 1. Piping hot, overstuffed delicious sandwiches. 2. Cool Coke freestyle touchscreen machine. 3. Online ordering. 4. Charitable. The company is dedicated to providing education and equipment to our first responders. 5. Hot. Sauce. Bar. *drops mike* I like the Hook and Ladder, New York Steamer and the Club on a Sub. I think you will too!

Decent sub sandwich, annoying doorbell in the store is a reason not to dine in. Apparently they don’t follow orders here and will give you onions even if you tell them multiple times«no onions». Even if the receipt of your order specifies no onions, they will give them to you and your sandwich will taste like an onion even if you peel them off.

Firehouse Subs is a fire fighter themed sub shop founded by fire fighters. Aside from their variety of tasty subs, what makes this sub shop different than others is the way they prepare their subs, their buns are steamed to make them deliciously soft and warm. The subs can be customized to satisfy any tastebud. They also have a variety of hot sauces to put a little fire in your mouth. The employees are very friendly and have great service. They bring your order to you, just order, pay, and have a seat. They have one of those state of the art Coca-Cola touchscreen machines. The touchscreen can be a little annoying when it doesn’t recognize your touch but it lets you customize any drink with additional flavors and it has an automatic ice maker which prevents contamination from handling ice, which can be deadly, Google it. The restrooms are kept very clean and well stocked. The kids meal comes with a Rice Krispies Treat… yum. it can be substituted. Join the email club to get the latest deals, your stomach will love you for it. Don’t forget to check out the awesome fire fighting décor.
