The most terrible service I have ever experience. I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement so then I go inside for service and the young lady and the manger act like I was never there after standing there for another 15 minutes with only the one customer being served in front of me. The restaurant was empty and I ended up leaving along with the other three customers that was behind me. All of this took place at 2045 at ur location on guase blvd. if it was up to me I would fire the whole staff because they obviously care nothing about customer service or the KFC franchise. If there going to continue doing business like this the location needs to be closed. This is my third experience with this bad customer service provided at this location.

This is a good KFC. The girls behind the counter are always friendly. The food is always hot and the buffet is always clean which I appreciate. The last time I went they had added spaghetti to the buffet and it was good. No complaints here.
I do wish KFC would bring back their Country Fried Steak. It was so good!

The last two times we got food, we both got sick. We thought it was a coincidence the first time, but the next time confirmed it. We will never eat there again. The deli chicken at the grocery store is better, and never makes us sick

Woefully understaffed (three employees at my visit) led to long wait times. The only plus is the buffet. (Sat-​Thurs. 11am — 2 pm; Fri 11am — 8pm). Chicken was over cooked and meat tough. Not going back.
