The server, Julia, was friendly, attentive and courteous. They were very busy while I was there, but there was not a delay on my food or drink refills. Great place to watch the NBA finals and other sporting events. The food was typical for what you would expect from a Hooters. The restaurant and restrooms were clean.

The restaurant was not busy at all. Worst service I’ve ever had. The Waitresses were more interested in watching TV then waiting on tables

The girls here are friendly and the food is always good. This location has the biggest TV of any sports bar I’ve ever seen. They also host trivia nights, bike nights, kids eat free night and car washes and charity events. Definitely a family friendly place more on the menu than chicken wings. Would recommend

I thought these chain’s we’re know for the level of service. Sat at the bar the lunch rush had already cleared out 8 people at the bar most nursing a beer took 15 mins for 1 of the 2 girls working to acknowledge me then take a order for drink another 5 to get my drink and ask of id like a menu…

Do not waste your money! The fries are worse than what you can imagine 3-day-old McDonald’s fries to be. The hamburgers are a disorganized mess of shit piled on top of a frozen beef patty… don’t let them tell you otherwise. At least they serve their burgers on a soft bun! The Buffalo Chicken dip is God-awful. The chips are edible, however… probably because they came pre-packaged. I could not, however, give my Hooter’s leftovers to drunk, homeless people outside of numerous bars in the area… No matter how hard I tried! That should say a lot… beggars can’t be choosers, but I guess the script is flipped when it comes to Hooter’s. The wings were fried to hockey puck status. I cannot understand the appeal of this place. If I had thrown a rock at our server, she would have looked down her shirt and said, «where did it go?»…Her tits were not even big… We waited fifteen minutes for fresh fries(because the first batch was brutally cooked to an unrecognizable form), I sat at the bar… thirsty, might I add, on a slow night. This dining experience has to be the worst I have ever known in my life… and I have only just begun with this review. If viewing wedgies makes you want to devour stale, shitty, unpalatable food… be my guest. Wedgies run rampant in this place. Biggest laugh of the night? They advertise a kid’s night… OMFG!

Just left the hooters in Slidell, LA and will not ever go back even if the waitress was nude and the food was free as I was very disappointed in the quality of the food and the service. The waitress Julia look like a slob the shirt she was wearing looked like it hasn’t been washed in a month, she never had a smile on her face and only asked once if I needed anything like she was going out of her way to serve me. I got a salad and Philly cheesesteak sandwich and asked for the salad to come first she brought the salad and the sandwich together and by the time I finish the salad the sandwich was cold the fries were nasty, and on top of it I had to pay $ 1.58 for a side of ranch dressing. What a joke I could ate better at a soup kitchen, next time I’m just going to give my money to the guy at the freeway off ramp. Hooters do us all favor and close your doors.

I was convinced to go here because I kept hearing about their great wings. Full disclosure-I’m not a «wings» kind of girl. I do, however, love buffalo shrimp, so we opted for the wings and buffalo shrimp with their hot sauce. The service was very slow and spotty. On our visit glasses were not refilled, we had to ask for silverware, she’d disappear for very long periods of time and was just all around forgetful. She was friendly but I’d prefer professional service anyday. I don’t want what you’re selling besides the food, sweetie. Speaking of the food… in a word. Gross. Sorry Hooters, but the wings were not good, the shrimp tasted rank and your Tex-Mex Nachos with the globs of what had to be Sysco chili were downright disappointing. Your hot sauce ain’t this Cajun girl’s cup of tea and I know my hot sauce. I’m $ 50 poorer because of this place and will never return.

I been to hooters all over the place. We always get the wings 3 miles island style. The wings seem like they were frozen and not fresh. The building is not like a traditional Hooters. Service was good.

Been to a few different hooters here and there. This place was nice when it opened but has quickly tanked. The quality of service has consistently gone down over the course of my 8 or so visits. Like someone else said, it’s as if the servers are more interested in the servers than the customers.

Say what you will about any Hooter’s restaurant, but the service is ALWAYS good and ALWAYS quick and friendly(duh), and even though they’re not counted among the halls of exceptional restaurants, they have a MEAN philly cheese steak sandwich. Now, about THIS particular Hooters. It’s a Hooters. They switch out their beers on tap quite frequently and normally they have good stuff on tap. I only drink beer on tap when I dine or eat out. Bar hopping is a different story. I’m only going to mention briefly that the girls at this Hooters are uh… quite nice, indeed. Quite. Other than that, it’s not like most other Hooters because it has a very open and bright interior. I like that. Huge bay windows surrounding the bar area and above that area let in LOTS of sunlight and I like that as well. The ar is a decent size and you’re likely to find a seat if that’s where you want to sit. I’ve never sat at a table here, so I don’t know how the service is otherwise, but at the bar, the girls are quite accommodating. Hooters wings are alright. Their buffalo shrimp are better. Hooters chili is AWESOME, you might have looked over that once or twice and thought, «Eh, I can get chili anywhere». Well, your loss, pal. Hooters philly cheese steak is amazing. I like to get it with their tots, which are great as well. Curly fries? Meh. Tots? Oh yeah. So that’s that. It’s not a fine dining experience by any means, but they do have good food, good beer, and uh… nice sights to see.

This review is based on the many times I have been here. The service is always good. The food truthfully is a joke but that isn’t this store’s fault. They cook and serve what their corporate parents dictate. Maybe I can give them a 5 when they revamp the menu but the staff is aces.

PLEASEBEWARNED… I went to This Hooters on Sunday 7÷12÷2015. I have not been able to sleep or eat for 5 days! I’m now going to doctor to see if I have food poisoning, I have not had a solid stool nor is it controllable. I am a fan of the wings and that’s what I got wings and curly fries. Now I have lost 15 pounds in just 4 days of eating there. Other Unilocal reviewers warned on this restaurant I didn’t listen. Now I feel like I’m literally about to die. Service was below average the servers are more intrigued with their coworkers than actually working. The food had a unfamiliar twang, I should have stop when I noticed it but I didn’t thus a hospital visit for me today. Please don’t take this post lightly it may save your body from harm.

Food good. Servers not really what you would expect. Reason for one star is the management. Especially regional manager. Think his name is Pat. Worst ever makes a big seen in front of customers for nothing that staff could have done. We walked out. I would love have taken him out back to tach him some respect and how to talk to people. I called corporate to make a report. It was a joke. Never going again.

I have always had good service and good food there. The wings are top notch and bigger than Buffalo Wild Wings wings. The beer is good and cold too.

I went here last night.(Friday) This has to be THE worst Hooters in the entire franchise!!! I gave it one star, because you can’t give it zero stars. I’ve been to many Hooters and always had a good time, until last night. The building, location, and GIANTTV are nice, but this is THE homeliest bunch of girls I’ve ever seen in a Hooters. Not at all what the founder had in mind. Not only are they ALL homely, but they’re unfriendly too. Bad food, bad service, and NOTHING good to look at, except for the GIANTTV. Pretty cool!

Worst hooters around!!! Go to Metairie or Baton Rouge. Food is terrible, gave this place a few chances and never delivered. Oysters are never fresh, food is never cooked to order. That’s just the tip of this iceberg, service is horrible! If you sit at bar, don’t expect anything. I had to beg for silverware and napkins. My food sat in front of me and was cold by the time I was able to eat it. Bartenders and servers congregate at corner of bar and ignore customers. This has happened the past 4 times I was here. Don’t think I’ll be wasting anymore money here.

I will admit it has been a long time since I went to a hooters restaurant. The reason I stopped at this one was because it was on the way to my destination, That and I was hungry. The food here was pretty good. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. The fries were good, they were also curly. The chicken sandwich was very good! You get to choose what kind of sauce to put on the chicken. I chose the chipotle honey sauce, because of the sweet heat factor. All in all a great meal. The service was awesome! Besides being very good looking, these ladies were very nice and helpful. They were extremely attentive and checked up on me every few minutes to make sure every thing was alright. In my book that classifies as good service. I think one of my favorite things about this place(besides the lovely women) was the way the restaurant was set up. It had a really tall ceiling around the bar area, so you don’t have that claustrophobic feeling. Its more of a wide open feeling which makes me feel more welcome. In short great food, fantastic service, and a very open feel to the place.

Ok soooo lets have it. The truth. Is it REALLY about the wings??? Me-thinks-not!!! I visited this restaurant ONE, because it was new &TWO because of a lunch meeting. We ordered non-alcoholic drinks(work hours), sandwiches, wings & wings & more wings… Lots of activity inside the restaurant, which helps to pass the time; being a fairly new restaurant, the wait was approximately greater than an hour. So to facilitate the wait for a table, you give your cell phone number & once your table is ready, you are sent a text message(oh & they send periodic updates advising when your table will ready). The food was good. I’m told the wings were GREAT(I don’t eat chicken). And I KNOW the eye candy is the DRAW; pretty girls, short shorts, low cut tops… The answer: it’s not about the wings…
