I DONOTRECCOMENDTHISBUISNESSTOANYONE!!! They are a ripoff and do not value their customers by any stretch of the imagination. I spent well over Three Hundred Dollars on December 23rd at their Esplanade location. I purchased a game system an extra controller and Three games. When my daughter woke up Christmas morning one of the games did not work in the game system. Being that I have a demanding work Schedule and the fact that I live in Slidell I was not able to get back to the location in Metairie until this past weekend. The employee took the game from me and inserted it into a machine which was supposed to fix it. After Five or Six attempts he tested the game with no luck. He said that he could exchange it for the exact same game but unfortunately none of their locations had that game. So I asked if I could exchange it for a game of equal or lesser value to which he wasn’t sure. He explained that he would have to call someone. Well, that someone was Tim. Apparently, Tim is the area supervisor who works out of the Slidell location. Tim said that there was nothing he could do. In other words, I was going to have to eat the loss. To me, a buisness oriented individual, found this to be an unacceptable buisness practice and horrible customer service. Especially to someone who just spent half a weeks work salary at your establishment. I called Tim personally and explained to him my situation and my dissatisfaction asking for his supervisors name and number, which he would not give me. Instead, I was put on hold for about Ten minutes. When he returned he told me that he just spoke to the Buisness OWNER and that their was nothing that could be done for me other than an Eight dollar store credit. Might as well slap me in the face!!! If this is how you show your appreciation to your customers who CHOOSE to do buisness with you then I will exercise my right of Free Enterprise. I will NEVER promote your buisness in any way, shape or form and will share my experience I had with you guys to every single open ear I encounter! Your company has fallen shorter even, than unacceptable! Congratulations you got over on a middle classed hard workin family of Four! You should be proud.

Évaluation du lieu : 4 Houston, TX
Unlike your typical Gamestop, Just 4 Play caters especially to players of classic games and consoles. I saw a lot of old Nintendo, PlayStation, SEGA, and Atari titles and it looks like they have a lot of floorspace left to fill. They keep their consoles in a display case and they sell collectibles throughout the store. I also recall seeing animé DVDs and Blu-rays. The atmosphere feels like a cross between the Suncoast that formerly occupied this location and the Game Trader that used to be located in another part of the mall. I feel that there is a lot of room for this place to grow and I hope it’s able to succeed, because this is a really cool store with lots of potential. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone shopping in the North Shore Square Mall. Oh, and there is a giant statue of the guy from Skyrim located in the front of the store.
