Rack Room Shoes

They have a great selection of shoes here and it’s only 2 exits from my house. The bad thing is one lady that works there who makes it a very unpleasant experience. I would rather drive the extra 30 miles to go to the next store than deal with her attitude. The first time I went in she was just surley and disagreeable. Today she surpassed herself. I went in with my 21 month old. He walked in wearing his own shoes and we found a pair that we both loved. He loved them so much that he didn’t want to take them off so he kept them on. We went to pay and I had his other shoes with him and I picked him up to the counter to show the shoes on his feet. She asked me if I wanted to buy the ones he had come in wearing and I told her that I already owned them and that he had worn them in. She signaled to a coworker to go and check the size 6 boxes and took her time checking me out so that she could make sure I hadn’t stolen them. Not one smile, no thanks for business and no have a nice day. I wish her name was on the receipt but it only gives her associate # as 69 716. I will never ever shop at this location again and will make sure I tell all my friends and family. Disgusted!
