Shoe Dept

Soooo… somehow I fell back into this store today. I was way at the back checking out the sale section and I could hear someone saying «hello» over and over. I figured it was nothing to do with me and concentrated on locating a bargain for my sole.
I finally realized that the «hello» was directed me and there was the sales rep from the other week wanting to recognize the fact that I had returned. I think there’s something to be said from a customer service standpoint when the staff remember you. FYI they get some kind of commission so if one of the employees offers to carry your box to the cashier, let them! Myself I don’t think I could spend a day dealing with people’s misshaped feet!
P.s — yes I did buy more shoes and yes it’s an illness that I never wish to overcome.
