We were absolutely blown away by our wedding cake and grooms cake. Working with Monica was a delight and cakes were more than we ever could have imagined. The chocolate grooms cake was incredibly good and I don’t even like chocolate.
Monica calls herself a «hobby baker» but I think it is time for her to assume the title she deserves «professional cake artist».
I wish I could get married every year so I can eat more cake. I am certain Marie Antoinette would have approved!!!
