I would really like to post negative stars if possible. I booked two adjoining rooms and arrived to find out they messed up and did not have any adjoining rooms available. After waiting for over an hour they were able to fix that issue only to provide us with two rooms with heaters that do not work in the middle of winter. I am traveling with my one year old and three year old. I requested three times that they come and fix the heaters and they failed to do so. I am still here and they have no one onsite to help. Its horrible. No one wants to help. One of our rooms smells like vomit. They never clean your rooms. Its horrible.

Check in was very slow for having a prepaid reservation with Expedia.
The room was spacious and clean but the AC never cooled the room to the set temp.
Breakfast was like a continental breakfast in hotels 10 – 15 years ago. Very limited and put blueberries in waffle mix with no option for a regular waffle. Didn’t even eat their breakfast the 2^nd day. Coffee was terrible, Had to go to Starbucks around the corner both times. Highlight was the young lady watching over the breakfast. Very friendly and took personal pride in the breakfast appearance. Sorry I forgot her name.
Came back the second night and our room key didn’t work and when we went to the desk we had a couple minutes because the front desk clerk is also the bartender. When we got back to our room, housekeeping had changed the temperature so it was hot again. At check out, we didn’t see anyone and just left the keys on the front desk.
Next time I will try Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn.

Very clean and friendly staff. Very informative on where you can get great local cuisine and is close to everything you need for a trip or a great rest.

This is a nice newer hotel in Slidell. The pool and hot tub area was great and my family enjoyed that. The bed was not great, bud sadly that is the norm at hotels. It was quiet. Breakfast in the morning was good except for the biscuits for the biscuits and gravy. They were inedible rocks.

Great stay we really enjoyed the atmosphere here nice and quiet was what we needed close to Walmart and restaurant for dining

We got here about 2 a.m. after a late start from Houston, a really late start.
This is a new location so it’s really clean. I think we’re the first to stay in this room. Lots of room, clean, a comfortable bed, soft to med pillows.
Breakfast is ready.
