First time visiting here Cashier was rude and was more concerned what she was doing after work– bagel I got was hard as a rock, hashbrowns were stone Cold– Complained and nothing got down Will go down the street some where else from now on.

Cashier «Karissa» was nothing but rude. I order six coffees and had not but attitude when given them to me. I waited for my donut and she kept looking at me and said «what, what are you waiting for your stuffs there» ha can’t help but laugh at her skills of employment. I left without my donut but deff need to work on people skills asap.

Dunky’s at Fast Fredricks! Quick and easy location. Reminds me of when we used to drive around here in circles, back when gas was 99 cents a gallon…

Neither Bad nor Good
It’s a Dunkin. Frozen food heated up and bland cheap coffee. Everyone loves this chain and I really don’t know why? It’s on my into work and I stop in once in while out of convenience. This particular location at least gets my order correct most of the time.
Tip:
Spend 3 dollars instead of $ 5.50 and goto Cumberland farms down the street. Breakfast sandwich and large coffee and save a couple of bucks a day. It adds up and you get a coffee made the way you exactly like it.

I stopped visiting this location even though its the most direct on my path to work.
8 out of the last 10 times I visited. They either forgot to toast a bagel (this happened 3 times in a week) or gave me the wrong order. They almost routinely forgot any sweetener in my coffee. I never usually realize till it’s too late to go back… On multiple occasions Id get a coffee with forgotten sweetener and a not toasted bagel in the same transaction.
Staff is nice, but I was constantly throwing my bagels and coffee away and having to hit up another Dd on the way to work 15 mins later.

This DD is the one attached to Fast Freddies, and it really is hit or miss. I have gotten coffee from here and the service&coffee have been horrible. Lately though the order has been correct and the service not bad. The location is great and the lines usually move quickly.
