Had a new heat pump installed a year or so back that would trip the circuit breaker(I had increased the HVAC tonnage.). HVAC guys recommend increasing my amp from 30 to 40. I gave Ross a call to check the amp, check a few outlets that weren’t working, and give me an estimate to install a flood light. 1st visit — Ross switched out the amp to 40, diagnosed the problem with the bad outlets(need to hit the reset in the bathroom outlets(don’t ask)), and gave me an estimate for the flood light. 2nd visit — Ross arrived to install the exterior flood light and I also asked him to install a light fixture in the hall.(The existing electrical bracket was too shallow for the new fixture.) All of my issues were resolved at an extremely reasonable price(the original estimate from visit #1), especially considering that 2 visits were required to my home situated out in the country(relatively speaking).(PS. now, if I could just get that technician’s personal cell phone #.)
