This place was terrible. It is the worst chicken I have ever tasted. Overcooked and dry! Just terrible. Took the food back up and they actually asked if we wanted fresh food? What kind of question was that? Spent over $ 20 for us to eat and it was not good. No apologies from the staff. We felt like we we were the ones at fault. Never again!

The chicken tenders were good and so were the fries. I would not recommend the buffalo sauce, but the regular tenders were good. Nice fast food alternative.

I absolutely love Zaxbys! Even if you like to eat healthy they have great salads! They have hands down the best chicken. Blows popeyes, kfc, Chickfila out of the water. The chicken tenders are a must try. They have Zax sauce which is a good but I prefer the ranch! Sweet Tea is def southern and nothing’s wrong with that. All appetizers are excellent my personal favorite is the onion rings! The best place about this place is the Service! They certainly represent true southern hospitality!

On a girl’s road trip, we stopped in for lunch. One of us got the grilled chicken sandwich combo! The chicken was moist and delicious and the fries were great! Two of us got grilled chicken salad. So fresh, so good! It was the best fast food salad I’ve ever had. Great customer service and clean restrooms. Happy!

Some of the best fast food chicken you can get. The sauces are really good and this place is probably the only place to get good buffalo wings from a fast food joint. The fried pickles aren’t good stay away. The milkshakes are good too. I only wish there were some locations up north. I’ve only seen these places in the south

My first time trying Zaxby was prompted by a hungry pregnant wife in a car for 3 hours. This place was great. The staff were friendly and checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. It’s a fast food restaurant that is why I feel it is out of the norm. The chicken club was really tender and the bacon was crispy. I will be stopping at Zaxby’s more often.

Never been to a Zaxby’s before and since we were on vacation, we decided to try this chain. This visit pretty much ruined it for me and my family of five. My husband ordered a grilled chicken salad, I ordered ten wings and my kids, the kids grilled cheese meals… this was one of the most disappointing meals the entire trip. The wings were TINY… as in 2″ long tiny! (I kept the bone because i couldn’t believe it!!). I brought them up to the counter and they agreed. The manager said he’d replace 3 pieces for the one i showed him, like he was doing me a huge favor and i should thank him. I pointed out at least 4 – 5 pieces were that tiny! He replaced the order and really they were barely better. I couldn’t believe it! All the staff there were very kind, though. The grilled chicken salad was blah my husband said and the kids grilled cheese sandwiches were overpriced and super greasy…

I’ve only been here once. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. I didn’t really care for it but only because it was marinated in Italian dressing. The French fries were thick crinkle cut but served cool. The décor somewhat reminded me of Chili’s. The staff seemed friendly and intelligent which made a pleasant experience.
