Expect good dry cleaning service, but very poor customer service. The employees(or possible owners) there are not friendly and give you an attitude whenever you ask anything. Just because of that I am not going back. The representative(possibly an owner) did contact me after I posted this review and commented«We Apologize it might’ve just been a bad day.» The comment was posted later. I truly believe that in a business that involves customer service, there should be no «bad days.» The reason I believed that the customer service was poor was not related to 10% discount, but the the overall attitude of the cashier.
