Although they know their business, they appear to be in a hurry. Once they accomplish their task they don’t want follow up questions. Even when they were doing the job the leg work needs to be done by the client which isn’t easy for elderly people
My elderly parents called for clarification and they responded that they «are doing them a favor by answering (they were paid) since they did the job already» Medicaid Rules have changed but they felt no obligation to help them. Their was no compassion and I ended up finding an attorney to help them. Basically we wasted money.
