I am so happy to have found this place. Without a doubt, the best massage I have received. James communicated very clearly about what my body might need and was very responsive throughout the session, very adaptive. It was a great visit, and I already know where I am going from now on for my bodywork needs.

I went to see James today for the first time after hearing my friend a rave about him for the past four months. I can’t say enough about the total experience! He had a way to use his hands and automatically found my troubled areas, me not knowing I had any really! He was truly amazing and professional! I have never had such an amazing massage! I am truly looking forward to returning soon! I see now why my will only go to him!
I recommend James to anyone who is looking for an amazing massage therapist!

While I appreciate response to my review and apology, I do not appreciate lack of responsibility of actions of a business. I am sorry that there were questionable actions by your business partners but…
These are the facts:
I had a monthly membership which was in good standing.
Your customers were notified via Facebook of the sudden closure.
I had an appointment and had no phonecall from your staff notifying me of the closure of the business.
There was no followup in regards to refunds from your staff until I reached out and then was told that I should go to my creditor for the refund.
I am not the only one who did not get a phone call or went to your office with an appointment and learning of what occurred at that time.
Like I said, the massage and therapy are excellent. What downgraded your company was the business practice and customer service.

I went to see Kristie for a massage yesterday after having pain and numbness in my arm and neck pain. She took the time to listen to what ails me and not only provided a very therapeutic massage, it was wonderfully relaxing as well. I have had many massages in my time and this place provides an excellent service in a very soothing environment. I would definitely recommend it and will surely go back.

As a massage therapist myself, I’m quite picky when it comes to choosing a therapist to receive treatments from. I’ve returned to Above All several times to see James, who is a fantastic and intuitive therapist. Same goes for his other employees, who can definitely deliver a relaxing massage.

My boyfriend and I recently received a luxurious couple’s massage at Above All Massage at the Smithtown location. After being on my feet all day every day at work, I needed a relaxing experience & James was able to make that possible! The salon’s atmosphere is calming & comfortable not to mention all of their quality services are all reasonably priced. Needless to say we both left refreshed and recharged. I can’t wait to visit again!
