We love bringing our son to The Little Gym. He has been coming here since he was almost 4 months old. I love how clean everything is there which is very important to me since my son is so young. The classes mix free play with fun teacher based instruction. Every week we learn a sign in ASL, sing songs, do developmental exercises and an activity that goes with the lesson of the day. I definitely recommend coming to a class to try it out! It’s been a great experience for my family thus far.

I love this gym. Miss Liz is great with the kids. It is fun to watch them grow and learn new things. I recommend that you give it a try and see for yourself. I have a four year old and a two year old that both love going to little gym.

I was excited to bring my son here. We signed up right away. After a few weeks I found parents were being their sick children to play. Parents running after the kids cleaning noses, wet coughs the works. It was obvious these children were sick. The staff ignored this fact and allowed the sick children to play. When I brought this up with the staff they shrugged it off. Well of course my son was sick for almost a month. I missed days at work to care for him because other parents don’t have respect for others. I pulled him out of there. I completely understand kids are going to get sick but we do not need to intentionally subject our children for no reason.

My 20 month old and I have been attending classes at The Little Gym in Smithtown since July 2014. My daughter has a great time in class interacting with the teachers and other children. Children learn a «sign of the week» and a «skill of the week». Children are given structured activities as well as «free time» for them to go and explore around the gym. I would definitely recommend stopping by for a free class to see if it is for you.
