Ark Self Storage

I called a week prior to my arrival since I was traveling 3,000 miles to put some furniture from a prior move in to storage. When call I ensured with the lady named Melinda that the spare foot price was the correct price that is would receive when I arrived the next week. Once arriving to the area I called a few hours before to make sure that Melinda had passed the word and I was to get that price. I spoke to another lady who very rudely, refused to give me that price who said the price had gone up and in order for me to receive that price I would have needed to reserve the unit that day. Which I had specifically asked Melinda that day if it was necessary, who said, «no, just tell them you spoke to Melinda.» After explaining the situation to the women I spoke with the day I needed to move in, she very rudely cut me off and said, «We’ll I’m the manger, and Melinda is sitting right here and she explained the situation to me and she never said that.» Being that I was already depending on them for my storage and did not have time to search for other storage places I went along with excepting the new higher price and told them I would be there later with my movers. I asked what is the latest time I could come to do paper work and get into my unit, the «Manager» told me the latest I could be is 6:30, and that it took about 15 mins to fill out paper work, which I made sure of since I had been paying movers by the hour to move my things and could not afford any mistakes. On arrive at 6:15, to a storage unit down a little alley like street to a faded broken gate protected storage unit, the lady smoking outside the entrance explained they closed at 6:00 and that most storage places did, in the area. I was confused and told her I spoke with someone earlier who said I could come before 6:30 to get my unit, she than replied, «No you didn’t, we close at 6» that when I left. It was definitely not worth being talked down too! I would not recommend to anyone.
