I love Art’s! The staff is always friendly and courteous and I’ve never had any problems. The staff will bend over backwards to try and accommodate their customers, but they can only do so much for people who want the moon and the stars.

Horrible experience. I got a groupon for this and thought I was getting a good deal. For $ 14 I purchased a mani/pedi. Upon arrival the store was very hot and humid. The lady who did my nails was nice but the outcome wasn’t. Misshaped filing on my hands and toes, no cuticle trimming and I had to purchase a $ 5 kit(buffer, pumice stone, and file). Over all I am highly dissatisfied and would NOT recommend this place.

I have been going to Arts Nails and Tan II since I moved to the area in 2002 and it is fabulous! I always feel welcomed when I enter and they always have a smile on their faces. They have an extensive nail polish selection as well as acrylic nails and the new, very chic Axxium nail care system. Their pedicure chairs are large and very comfortable, the pedicure itself is sanitary and relaxing with soft colors and delightful scents. I frequently get manicures and pedicures there and have also had the acrylic nails and the Axxium system done as well. I highly recommend any of these services. Additionally they do an excellent job with eyebrow waxing, shaving as well as dying of the eyelashes and the eyebrows. I cannot say how much I enjoy MyMy and her family pampering me and making me feel special whenever I go!

I’ve been going here consistently for over 2.5 years and have never been disappointed! For $ 28 you can get a manicure and pedicure, a fair price in my mind. I’ve gotten the deluxe for $ 10 more… it can be worth it if you want extra special treatment, but most of the time the regular one is perfectly great. One thing that some may not like is that you have to purchase a «box» that includes all of the items that can not be sanitized(like files, foot scrubbers, drill bits). The cost is a one time fee of $ 10, and they will keep the box there for you so you can always have it when you return, so if you’ve never gone here, be prepared for that. You also have the option to take your box, but if you don’t bring it back when you return, you’ll be shelling out for a new box. It might seem annoying at first, but think of it as your $ 10 insurance policy against nail fungus or other gross stuff. This also points out that this place is pretty sanitary. I think they’re big on cleanliness, so that’s good. They’ve also recently purchased new massage chairs which are really nice! They have a wide variety of polish colors and they also do a nice nail art job(I like to get flowers on my toes in the summer)! My manicures usually last a good 4 – 5 days before the first chip or crack. and pedicures are even better!(I’ve gone to other places that started to chip and crack within 6 hours!!!). So the quality of polish must be very good(or a lot better than other places). They also do a nice job of eyebrow waxing. Sometimes the lady who does eyebrows might not be there if you just walk-in, so I would recommend making an appointment if you really have your mind set on getting wax… just to be safe, of course. The other thing is that the people here are very nice. Most of them have been here as long as I’ve been a customer. It’s a happy thing to always see the same people who you know and vice-versa. They’re very friendly and great people to have a fun conversation with. If you’re looking for a nail salon to call home, I highly recommend this one… just remember to be prepared to buy the box!!! :)
