No Stars. DO NOT TRUST THEM. If renting a truck. CHECK THE ODOMETER YOURSELF. DO NOT TAKE WORD OR ASSUME THAT THEY’RE HONEST. THE WOMEN DEFLECTS YOUR ATTENTION PRETENDING TO BE SWEET. rented a $ 19.95 truck to pick up a sofa set I purchased which is 1 mile from house and storage place is mile from house in the opposite direction. It was exactly 6 miles. I returned the vehicle the fat white yahoo looking woman says 16 miles. I told women look at the time line of all my receipts. My receipt time when pick up the truck. My receipt time of picking up the furniture and place and time I got gas it all is within a 3 mile radius. DO NOT RENT FROM this place. Trust me you will thank me later.
I reached out Uhaul customer service and whoo! They mapquest my rental route. It came out to 9.1 miles. They stated the person should have done a walk around and gone over the mileage. They will send me a refund for overage. Even though its like $ 7.00. The point is due your dang job correctly and there wouldn’t be issues like this.
