McDonald’s

Besides the men who work at the window and the one ignorant skinny gay Manager this location is horrible to visit the lines are long no matter what time of the day. And your food may not be made the correct way if this is happening to me I’m over-​confident is happening to other folks. Take the time and drive one mile down the road and go to the other ghetto McDonald’s with the service is much faster and your food will be the exactly you ordered it. I am currently in line going on 12 minutes and it is 5:22 p.m. on a Saturday this is unbelievable I will never ever come to this location again

I’ve been here four times in the past year. Every single time, they have screwed something up with my order every single time. Their staff cannot seem to take a simple order at the drive through speaker without having to repeat it at least three or four times.
This past visit took the cake. I ordered a 10-​piece mighty wing at the DT. The CSR kept asking me if it was a 10 piece nugget meal. After repeating it 5 times, he finally realized what I wanted. At no point after that did he say it was going to take 10 minutes to cook.
After I paid, I asked asked to pull forward. After a 15 minute wait, I went inside to find out what was going on. Apparently the person bringing my food was going out the door and our paths crossed. I admit, by that time, I was frustrated so I grabbed the bag and walked out. One of the employees (I am not sure if it was a manager or a crew leader) followed me out and started berating me for grabbing the bag. I admit, I lost my cool and went off. I suggested they train their employees to listen, tell people if there is going to be a wait for food, and to make sure they take the time to get the orders right. Because I was no longer going to patronize a place that couldn’t ever get it right. I never raised my voice, or swore, but that guy just rolled his eyes at me and said «Whatever». Really?
Stay away from this McD’s. Their crew and management apparently couldn’t care about customer service. I will say the food was good, but not worth it. I’ll go to another McD’s if I want to eat their food.

This McDonald’s has always been very pleasing to dine at. That is until a young lady named Evette became very rude to me without provocation. If you don’t like your job then change it. Don’t take it out on the rest of us geesh.
Came back months later and was disappointed yet again. My meat on my Big Mac was RAW

Not long wait for service. «Newer» store in area. Right infront of 24hr Kroger’s in Smyrna. Getting your food is hit or miss. Check your bags for condiments prior to depart!

Wouldn’t even give it one star… But can’t figure out how to give it no stars!!! Horrible service, unprofessional employees, food is horrible. Only been there twice since its opened and was highly disappointed in how a business is ran… I can’t believe their still in business. That’s how bad it is. DO NOT EAT here. Go use your money elsewhere if you don’t want a headache.

NEVER AGAIN… This McDonalds is beauriful but the service sucks. When my lady friend and I arrived the staff was screaming for someone to wait on us. That person was in the restroom.
My friend ordered 2 sausage egg and chesse biscuits.
1. They were out of biscuits 2. When she got her order it was a bacon egg and cheese and a sausage no chesse. They were also out of coffee which she also ordered.
I ordered a big mac and fries. The fries were cold.
My friend also had to use the restroom to wash her hands, there were no paper towels. She told the manager and he hand her a role of paper towels.
I have never been in a McDonalds where the staff runs around like a chicken with its head cut off. But
there is a 1^st time for eveything.

Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been too worst service ever, took over 30min to get my food with just a few people in front of me.

How do you run out of ketchup? I thought the guy was joking so I said your joking right and he had an attitude with me and close the window.

Worst customer service ever. Waited 20 minutes plus for my order. The dinning area needed some attention. Cleaning sprays out in the open where orders are taken. Smoothie machine was out of service that was dripping on the floor that needed cleaning. I’ve been here several times and this was and is my last time that I will visit. They and I mean everyone including managers need to walk down the street to Chick-​Fil-​a for some serious training on customer service.

This is the worst location ever. The people there are so rude and talk to you like you are their friends in the streets. I went to the drive thru and was charged extra for a salad. When I asked why the manager lakeisha told me to just her the food back because she don’t have time to argue about thirty cents. I told her she had a nasty attitude and then she called me a «cheap bastard». This is a true story. I’m calling up there in the morning to speak to someone but I’m scared I’ll just get verbalized again. Wish something could be done but we all know that’s just the way it’s going to be.

At first sight, this McDonald’s is beautiful and one of the only McDonald’s I have seen with the new, upgraded décor. BUT, service here is very hit or miss.
The handful of times I have been here have been very inefficient, and sometimes just strange. Once I was in a drive-​thru and since the screen wasn’t working, I asked for my order to be read back to me. The team member simply said «no» and told me to pull up to the first window. Most recently, the team member was simply distracted by a previous customer and wasn’t paying attention, so my order was incorrect. The supervisor was very polite and efficient, but not extremely concerned.
Food and environment are great for McDonalds. If you have a lot of time and want a peaceful dine-​in, then this could be the place.

Any good reviews on this location is a fluke. I live near this one and use to come here often. I try to find other locations due to the poor service I and my neighbors receive. First off, the wait time especially in the drive-​thru is ludicrous. It can take up to 20 mins. to get your order. That is a given here.
Secondly we rarely come away with what we ordered. and how we ordered it. If we wanted something left of a sandwich, we had extra. If we wanted extra, it was left off. We ask if the fries are fresh (nice and hot) they say yes and simply throw them back into the hot oil to get them hot and then serve. At this point they taste awful and there IS a difference. I take them back and wait for the fresh.
Trust me, you want to avoid this location at all costs. There’s a Chick-​fila just up the road going north. I suggest you go there.

Poor management. SLOWEST drive through of all time! Customer service is a joke and they never have their stuff together. Skip this location…

Hang on to your McNuggets and get the franchise police on the Hamburglar phone… this is one of the slowest drive throughs in the McDonald’s universe. Have given this place three tries over the past several months and it is the same turtle pace each time. Customer service is indeed below standard. Maybe they should close for the day and take a field trip to the Chick-​fil-​a down the street for some pointers.

I have been here a few times and don’t agree with the 1 star reviews. This is not the best Mc D’s but it sure as heck isn’t the worst. It could be a bit cleaner inside but they do a ton of business here. The playground worked well for the 4 year old we were babysitting that is always a plus. The drive thru can be long, but if you see cars piled up and you still choose to not go inside well that is your fault. They have yet to screw our orders up so to me that merits at the very least a 3 star.
Oh and they have WIFI and it worked great. 2012 everybody should have WIFI no excuses!

No customer service. Dirty slow service. Poor management.

I have been to the McDonald’s twice now, both time for breakfast on my way to work. They are in a prime location for commuters in this area, but I don’t think they realize this fact because it took them 10 minutes to fill my order.
I ordered a simple BEC biscuit, but on a muffin and t hen I sat and sat and sat and sat some more while the 4 cars in front of me sat and sat and sat. When I finally arrived at the pickup window the girl at the drive through has to ask me what I ordered. I was so annoyed at this point that I could have just left, but no I tell her what I ordered and drove off upon receiving my breakfast.
When I looked in the bag I realized that the had given me the wrong thing!!! I had to turn around and go in… When I complained that MANAGER making the food started arguing with me. I won’t get into the details, but what ever happened to the customer is always right? I know what I ordered and what I ordered was not in that bag. I think I’ll skip this particular McDonald’s and perhaps visit the much friendlier Chick-​fil-​a down the street.
If you are in a hurry avoid this McDonald’s at all cost, otherwise you’ll be sucked into their warped sense of time management where everything seems to slow down to the point in which you can actually see paint dry.
