I have been going to Nails First for more than 10 years now due to their consistently and competitive pricing. I always receive excellent customer service! Not only do they give top-​notch manicures and pedicures, but their eyebrow wax artist, Judy, is phenomenal. I only trust her to do my brows.

I simply LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. Have maintained the same superior service for almost 20 years. The first thing that endeared me to this shop was that they remembered my name and called me by name whenever I entered the shop. Secondly, their prices are competitive and they give top-​notch service and always make you feel special. The Pedicure is AWESOME and I love the deep long massage they give to your legs and feet as part of the pedicure. I travel a great distance to enjoy the expertise of this shop and believe me, I have tried over the years to patronize shops closer to my home, to no avail. Trust me, Nails First is worth the ride.

Not good — this place caters to their regular at a ridiculous level, you can wait up to one hour to do your nails and some technician are horrible. I only go here if I am desperate and not everyone knows how to do gel polish. How pathetic! I would not recommend this place to my friends.
