This gym is amazing. I specifically enjoy the muay thai kick boxing and brazilian jiu jitsu classes. The trainers are really motivating and it truly feels like a family. If you are getting tired of getting ripped off at other gyms, or learning boring martial arts from a mcdojo, come home to this gym. The best part is the results! I guarantee you will get shredded from working out here as long as you have the will to show up and train. I approve!

Absolutely love this place! Fabulous instructors. Real family feel. Great set up inside. You get an amazing workout but also learn the skills of the sport. I always look forward to my next class there.

UFC GYM SMYRNA is awesome. There is something for everybody at this place, from fitness classes to kickboxing to BJJ and more! You will find nothing but high energy and positivity when you walk in the door.

This truly is a great gym. It is clean with great high energy certified personal trainers. It has a variety of fitness classes from kickboxing, crossfit, trx, to circuit training. It also has great martial arts programs including bjj, muay thai, boxing, mma, and self defense. There kids programs has 4 programs in 1 bjj, karate, boxing, and fitness. My kid gets belts in both karate and bjj with family atmosphere. The price is extremely reasonable compared to other similar gyms, martial arts gyms, and crossfit. Simply the best gym that I’ve been apart of.

The gym is small BUT it great fro training it super kid friendly. Rates are a lil high but that is with the brand name and you have to buy your gi and brand name stuff from them which is a bummer. But the place is clean. Staff is friendly. It would be cool for s short term training or classes
