Pie Five is THEBEST(or close to best) pizza in Smyrna. It’s like subway. You go there and build your little pizza and they cook it up. It’s great for sleepovers and hanging out with friends. Truly innovative. It’s so outside the box from the usual pepperoni. Make sure you ask for magic dust.

Pizza was good, but the place was filthy! Dirty tables, food and trash on the floor. The dink counter and machine were dirty. We had to ask to have a table wiped off. They ½ did it but the rag had so much water in it we had to take a bunch of napkins to dry the table and seat. he place was not busy 6 people working… Someone clean the place up up!

I have been here 3 times. I like the pizza a lot. They are in the upper part of pizza chains when it comes to taste. I did learn after the first two times to ask for less cheese, they will load it up if you don’t. I know some people like a lot of cheese, I am not one of them. I like the atmosphere and the décor. It is clean and nice inside. The only issue I have is the staff seems confused about what to do. After I place my order, I just kind of wait there in line. No one says to move forward and pay or anything. The last visit the girl got my pizza out and started cutting it. I had to ask for their special seasoning and tell her it was mine. It’s just a little awkward after you order. The pizza is really good though.

I should have taken a picture both times, but I was too excited to hurry and eat the pizza — — it’s truly the most delicious pizza I’ve ever had! Both times I have gotten the thin, whole-wheat crust. The choice of toppings are not just the standard sausage and pepperoni, but wonderfully salty Kalamata olives, juicy artichoke hearts, crushed herbaceous garlic — — the freshest of ingredients! I am not terribly mobile(although my husband says there would be a place for me to sit) so my husband gets the pizza and brings it home for me. A considerable distance from the restaurant, the pizza still arrives home hot and tasty. I joined the circle of crust online, so I earn points whenever I order a pizza. It is still amazingly popular, even though it is not brand-new or JUST opened, and the crowd is rather sizable — the line is lengthy around 5PM. They don’t make you wait for long though, and the service is quick and the pizzas are cooked fast. If you go in later, around 8PM, it’s pretty snappy and quick. It is still always packed in there whenever you go, small, but with plenty of seating, according to my husband. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I’d never head of this chain until this location opened up. I called up the location to see if I could place an order for a pizza. I was told on the phone that they don’t take call in orders because they make the pizzas fast, only orders of 10 or more pizzas are done over the phone. I made my trip into the store to get my lunch. The store is located at the end of a strip mall. I arrived around 2:30pm on a Thursday. The concept is pretty much like a Subway, but for pizza. I was greeted by a friendly girl working who asked what I wanted. I thought it would be easiest to just order one of the pizzas on the menu. I picked the High Five pizza, which consists of tuscan marinara, cheddar, pepperoni, Italian sausage, bacon, Canadian bacon and beef. I got the pizza as a classic pan. If you check in on Unilocal, there is a reward where you get a pizza for $ 5. The normal price is $ 6.99. Either are not a bad price for the size of the pizza. The staff seemed like they’d never seen the reward however. They each looked at it, puzzled. They ended up using a thing to take off $ 1.49 and then $ 1 off. So my pizza ended up costing $ 4.83. DAMN. The pizza only took about 6 – 8 minutes in their oven. Once out, they bring it over to the pick up area. They will ask if you want crushed red pepper or «magic dust» which is their version of shake cheese. I wished that you were able to put on the red pepper and cheese, but I guess they don’t want people who are leaving to make a mess. I think if you dine in, they’ve got red pepper and shake cheese on tables in the restaurant. They also have a Coke fusion machine for different drink options. I was surprised with how large the personal pizza is for the price. I really liked the pizza I had. It was meaty, but not overloaded. The dough where it met with the toppings and sauce was a little doughy, I don’t know if thats normal or if it needed a little longer in the oven. It wasn’t something that made it inedible, but noticeable. I enjoyed the lunch I had here and wouldn’t have a problem going back again.

Crust and sauce was ok. Cheese… appeared to be merely something resembling cheese. For the price, I guess it’s ok, but I’d really rather do without pizza than have another of theirs.

My first time at Pie Five. I saw they were a sister company to Pizza Inn and I was skeptical. Pizza Inn pizza was never a favorite. I was pleasantly surprised at the atmosphere, the choices, and the friendliness of the employees. The décor reminded me of a Smashburgers. The pizza itself was very tasty. I had the thin crust loaded with meats, cheese, pineapple, and garlic. I’m a big guy and the pizza filled me up. Some other reviews said it wasn’t enough but I was happy. The pizzas come out fast. If you are a pizza snob, this may not be your choice. It’s not a brick oven, New York original… but it’s pretty darn good. I’ll be back

This place is awesome! My wife and I decided to try this new spot in Smyrna. The pizza was amazing. Our pizzas tasted very fresh and were full of flavor! I loved how you can get a combo with a side salad also. The staff was great and really assisted us for our first experience. We will definitely be back in the very near future. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole dining experience!
