DO NOT COME HERE! I went in to get a bob and highlights. I came home with a boy’s haircut and my scalp is burn where I got my highlights. When I came home my son asked why I have a haircut like his. My husband is the one that done his hair and did a better job then so call professional that done it for years. Call corp and they say they will have the region manger call and still waiting on that. I paid over a $ 100 and got the worst haircut and customer service EVER! Save your money and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

On Wednesday Oct. 21 I took a friend to this Super Cuts. There was one wonan waiting, she was taken back soon after we arrived the other employee Krystal said she couldn’t stop her inventory to cut my friends hair and we would have to wait. I would have left, but my friend really wanted her hair cut. We waited 25 minutes for her to finish counting. There was no one else waiting. Why would she leave a customer, who had requested her, to wait when there was no reason?
