Swan Cleaner

I dropped off two shirts and a suit for their same day dry cleaning service. One of the shirts was missing a button which I asked the cleaner to repair. When I got my clothes back it was immediately obvious they were handled with gross negligence. Their was an obvious stain on the sleeve of the jacket which was not removed which makes me question whether my clothes were cleaned at all or just pressed. The shirt I requested repaired came back in worse condition than I left it. The button was repaired but large wrinkles were pressed and starched into the collar and plackard. The shirt was also pressed at such a high temperature another of the buttons was completely melted off. In retrospect I would have been better off having never brought my clothes here and never will again. Save your money and aggravation and just take your laundry anywhere else.

Swan’s is my local cleaners. They have not ruined any shirts. They apply the appropriate amount of starch (some cleaners heavily starch even when I say «Light» starch). They replace collar stays if they become lost. They have a drive up window and they go the extra step of placing my cleaned clothes into the backseat relieving me from having to manage stowing them myself.
They also do tailoring and I have used them to hem pants and to patch a leather jacket.
Prices seem moderate but I am happy for the convenient location and good service.
Um, does it get any more «A-​OK» than that?
