Worse zaxbys I have ever been to. Not one single table was cleaned. No ketchup in the dispenser. No lids for drinks. No tea. And we waited forever for the food.

Conveniently located, affordable, delicious. Always nice workers there. They keep it very clean and fast. I go their at least once a month and I never have to wait. They also have the really cool Coke machines with all the different flavors. Plus the really good crunchy round ice.

Above average chicken joint. Delicious food, reasonable prices, good atmosphere. A big step up from Chic FilA but you wouldn’t eat both in the same day. Will stop again and wish they had them closer to home.

Traveling through town, we decided to stop at Zaxbys because we had never had it before. It was quite good! We had the boneless wings, strips, and onion rings and cheese curds. The dipping sauces were good and the service was quick and efficient. Nice décor inside.

Sometimes I’m in the mood for fast chicken and I’m not really feeling Chick-​fil-​A, this is when Zaxbys comes into play. I usually never have any issues with this location. The employees here are mostly high school and sometimes they aren’t the friendliest. The chicken and fries can get a little spongy if you get them to go, I think it’s the humidity from the steam so it’s best to eat before too long. I like to get a cup of seasoning salt for the fries because I like a lot of the stuff.

In all fairness I need to update my review of this store. The food is delicious and with new management the consistency of great service & food has gotten WAYYYY better. I’m glad I can continue patronizing here because I’ve always thought they had really good food.

Always consistent and delicious for fast food. Chicken flavor is unique and my favorite is their salads. Crushed air ice too!

It was lunchtime. They made a good salad and my husband enjoyed his chicken strips. But they got very backed up and it took like 15 min after we ordered. That was understandable but they also ran out of ketchup and ice. Oops! We are water drinkers for health reasons. Need that ice. The restaurant was clean and so were the restrooms.

The food is pretty good. Kinda on the salty side. The price is very good just don’t try to get an extra sauce. The wife and I went there one night and paid for an extra sauce to discover that is was not on our tray when we got to the table. I went to the cashier to ask for my extra sauce and they were very reluctant to give it to me. If they have watch every little sauce they might need to rethink their business model.

Recommended by my son. Stopped by the drive thru and picked up 2 Kickin’ Chicken meals and a Grilled Chicken meal, along with 3 brownies. Wife and daughter loved the Kickin’ Chicken but my Grilled Chicken was too rubbery for my liking. Stay away from the brownies.

What can I say about Zaxby’s that everyone doesn’t already know. This is THE SPOT when it comes to a good chicken tender. They make some rad toast. The Zax Sauce is pretty much crack too. No idea what’s in it, but it’s mighty delicious.
Since the opening of the location in Antioch, I don’t venture to this one much anymore. However, I recently got a Groupon for $ 5 for two Meal Dealz with drinks so I went on Sunday. AMAZING deal. Well worth the drive too.
The service here and food is always great. It’s clean and fast too. A+ in my book as far as fast food goes.
So, lay off the Chickfila for a bit and show this place some love. You won’t regret it.

I’m definitely a fan of Zaxby’s and have been since college. I love buffalo wings, and buffalo wings love me. However, at this Zaxby’s, the last couple of times we’ve been, the chicken tenders have been a little dry. And I wish Zaxby’s would offer grilled chicken tenders as well as fried ones like the local chain McDougal’s. Still, this is my go-​to place when I want a quick buffalo wing fix. Tongue Torch is just right, while Nuclear is a bit too hot for my taste.
