I’m not much of a sub guy but my daughter wanted to go here so we tried it out.
Not very busy. We were waited on pretty quickly. The employees were busy cleaning when we walked in which was good to see. The were all nice and seemed interested in getting our order ready quickly. While we were waiting this lady comes in with a gaggle of kids who were tearing up the place smashing bags of chips etc. employees kept their cool. I would have body slammed one of the them.
Subs were prepared as ordered and tasty as could be.
Decent prices. We will go back

Everything was delicious and they got my order correct after adding and taking certain toppings. I called ahead because I knew it would be busy. I suggest doing that! This place is a bit pricey. Will only go for an occasional treat.

Love this firehouse! Friendly staff always clean restaurant and hot subs! If you’re in a hurry; call in your order. It’s ready when you get there and it’s the same hot great quality you would get if you walked in ordered and ate in.

BEST FIREHOUSE IN GWINNETT!!! Awesome customer service! Awesome meat portions! Clean restrooms! Delicious sandwiches! There’s not much more else I can say but go try it out. These guys simply rock. I got the FireHero sub and it was delicious They grilled onions and peppers at my request and the sandwich was just what I ordered. I live about 15 minutes away from this location and there’s one about 5 minutes from my house but I will definitely be driving 15 minutes every time I want a Firehouse sub.
Make sure you go to this location, and you will not be disappointed. The meal was satisfying and gratifying.
