It just rush, rush here. Staff doesn’t listen. The entrees they say are not are all spicy that did not use to be, even the orang chicken. I notice this because I’ve been eating here over the years. Tables were not clean in the dining room. Nobody has much English skills or manners here and they don’t really care what you think. It’s about selling you their food quick and getting done with you.

I love panda, but this location is stuggling… The service I get here sometimes is awful. They are often out of crab rangoons. And twice the drink station hasn’t been working properly. Cmon dude please step it up!

Back in the day Panda Express was the place to go when you wanted a nice size meal that was always fresh and at a reasonable price. The staff used to care about the customers. I’m not sure what happened.
The staff has changed and now it’s more kids who don’t care and have no sense of what good customer service is. The food runs out quickly and they do not anticipate it before it happens so they don’t realize they need to cook More. The dining area is often left in a horrible state, the drink station is always in disarray and the bathrooms are disgusting. I don’t feel safe washing hands in there as I am afraid to catch something.
Panda Express rode the orient express to the GHETTO.
We won’t be back.

Visited on nov. 5 2015. Ran out teriyaki chicken at 11:15. They opened at 11am. No apologies no nothing. She didn’t care at all. I was going to walk out but my coworker had already ordered. So I just got black pepper chicken. It was ok «this time» but it wasn’t the teriyaki chicken. It’s one guy employee that’s very nice. The past few times we were there he was very pleasant.

Grease grease and more grease orange chicken is the only item worth eating and it has layers and layers of bread on it the rice is so deeply fried all you taste is the grease

Foods not bad for fast food Chinese but the cleanliness of the dining area is awful! Every table either had food on it from the previous patron or they were sticky. And they were not understaffed. 2 in the kitchen, 4 behind the counter, 12 customers (yes, I counted) Get with it PE!

Very disappointed with the food tonight. It tasted old, like it had been sitting there for hours, and hours. The fried rice was a bad decision… it was the worst of it all. I wish I had gone with the white or brown steamed rice like I normally do. I couldn’t stand to eat a quarter of my meal…

I disagree with the other reviewer.
Beau and I stopped in to get a snack — egg rolls and cream cheese rangoons. They didn’t have enough rangoons, so they had to make more. We requested for them to keep the egg rolls under the light so that they will stay hot while we waited but the guy didn’t do it. We stood in front of the register for a while, and it’s actually good Panda Express practice that if you have customers waiting, you offer them a free drink. We weren’t offered one. Got our order and left, to find that my rangoons were cooked improperly. The tips were close to burnt with the middle almost raw.
