Tons of communication — texting, phone calls, email and guy showed up 10 minutes early and installed it perfectly. He showed us how to work everything and it was perfect! Love it and so glad to be done with cable!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an appointment for installation for today between 8am and 12pm. Took the day off, got a baby sitter and was waiting for a call. Never got one tech cancelled my appointment and installation due too«not finding my building» my building number clearly on my address. Didn’t bother going to the office? Getting a map or calling me. Needless to say I cancelled right away. Not a good way to earn a customers trust! I’ll stick with my terrible comcast.

This is not for this particular branch. This is a review of Direct TV as a whole… If you are considering Direct TV, be very carful. They have charged us a cancellation fee even when it was out of our control. We just recently moved to Washington from Nevada. We moved into a house that the rental agency and the HOA won’t allow us to put the dish on the house. After talking to customer service, billing and a host of other people, I told them our situation. They would not wave the cancellation fee. I explained to them that they are loosing a customer for life for something beyond my or their control. They still are holding strong and refusing to wave it. So, if I could turn one potential customer, they would loose more money than the fee. So, I’m asking you to choose Dish or Comcast or anything that isn’t Direct TV.

Terrible customer service. I was on hold for an hour and a half and talked to 10 different people and none of them new how to help or did not want to help. They treat you nice until you sign that contract and then its impossible to get help and they constantly put you on hold or transfer you to different departments. Don’t believe the hype there is better!
